Your dream getaway or event begins at this 10-acre French country estate, surrounded by manicured grounds and two pristine lakes. This elegant retreat features soaring 22-foot ceilings, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a luxurious primary suite with dual baths, multiple ensuite guest rooms, a separate event staging space, and a game room. Relax on the screened lanai overlooking the lakes and rolling grounds, where frequent wildlife sightings complete the tranquil, resort-style experience. This property is located on a working deer farm. Farm staff may occasionally be present on the grounds, and a small number of staff maintain private residences elsewhere on the property. Guest areas remain private.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION
Set behind a private gate on over 10 acres, this countryside estate offers rare seclusion while remaining convenient to nearby attractions. Please note that there is a private occupied residence located just east of the property. Additionally, the estate contains an active, working farm, and as such, other individuals may be present on the grounds surrounding the property.

GETTING THERE
The estate is easily accessible by car and tucked away behind a private gate for added privacy.
>From I-95, take the exit toward FL-40 W and follow signage toward Pierson
>Continue on FL-40, then turn onto Fox Hollow Farms Rd
>Follow the paved roadway to 340 Fox Hollow Farms Rd, where the private gated entrance marks the start of the estate’s quarter-mile drive
>Once through the gate, follow the paved driveway through the landscaped grounds to the main residence. Ample on-site parking is available.
Terms & Additional Fees:
In addition to the platform’s terms, a signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking method, we may also require a copy of a government-issued ID and confirmation of the last four digits of the credit card on file.
Violations of agreement terms and house rules are subject to additional fines. Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
>> Unauthorized parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. All events require pre-approval and require payment of the following fees: $3,000 venue fee and $500 refundable damage deposit.
>> No pets are allowed. Unauthorized animals are subject to a $500 fee per animal.
>> $500 or portion thereof for every 4 hrs of unauthorized late checkout.
>> Max occupancy: 23. A $150/person/day, or portion thereof, fee applies for unauthorized guests not registered with the booking or exceeding the occupancy limit.
>> Smoking or vaping in the property is prohibited. A $500 fee applies for smoking and/or order removal due to smoke or otherwise.
>> The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or portion thereof for staff hours) for replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered by damage waiver, stains, bedbug treatment, technical support, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors and extinguishers), failure to return keys/passes/fobs, failure to keep pool gates and doors secured, extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar acts and omissions.
>> $500+ for plumbing misuse, including flushing anything other than toilet paper.
- Code compliance with local noise ordinances is required. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Failure to comply with house rules or agreement terms may result in immediate removal from the property and cancellation of the remainder of the reservation. In such cases, the guest will not be entitled to a partial or full refund.
- Cancellations and date changes are not permitted outside of the cancellation window, including for personal emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans, particularly when traveling during seasons that are prone to extreme weather that may disrupt travel.
- Security cameras are located along the driveway, at the front door, and facing the pool.
