Honu Kai Villas is a small boutique resort with only four units located just steps from Brennecke beach and Poipu Beach Park. Enjoy beautiful Kauai sunsets from your oceanfront lanai, almost daily dolphin sightings and refresh after a day in the sun in the private resort pool. This plantation style home is exquisitely designed and meticulously maintained offering the utmost luxury vacation in the heart of Poipu.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. This Condo was wonderful. It has fantastic views and is short walk to Brennekes for morning pastry from 7am to 10am Monday-Friday. There is close snorkel rentals and a short drive to Little Fish for coffee or sandwiches. The only grocery worth going to is in Koloa Town. Don't bother with any other. Everything you need is there. Very relaxing. Will go there again, hosts very helpful.

I booked this for my eight year-old son, my husband and my elderly mom. The location was absolutely amazing as my husband and son would walk outside and in two minutes they were surfing on their waves with their boogie boards. It’s close and walking distance to poopy beach to see the Greene turtles in the evening at Sunset. It was the perfect place for us and we would love to stay again in the future. Parking was easy. And there was a nice little hot tub to relaxing in the evenings. Kitchen is nice and clean. And they even had a boogie boards that we could borrow. This place was one of the highlights of our trip.

Had another great vacation in Poipu! This villa is clean, well stocked and quiet! Only 4 villas on the property. Very short walk to the beach. My only complaint is I like to unpack for a long stay and there are not any dressers or TVs in the bedrooms. Will definitely visit again.

Beautiful

We were fortunate to find the home just 2 months before our arrival. The location was fantastic and the view stunning. We walked to the beach and they had chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for us to use. The waves were huge which our kids loved! And the turtles arrived at the beach most evenings. We hope to return.

Excellent Location and Rental

We loved our stay at this VRBO. The location and space were both excellent. The management company checked in with us periodically which was great. The only reason I gave 4/5 on check in was we got there at 4 pm, and had to wait 5-10 minutes for the cleaning to be completed. Not a huge deal as the place was very clean when we entered and well stocked. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful, safe, and clean place to stay in poipu beach with an incredible view. The pictures don’t do enough justice. The view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom is worth the stay by itself. You can catch sunsets from the bedroom every day or by stepping out on to the road in front. When we stayed, I could see the turtles feeding right in front of this unit every morning around 7-730am. Poipu beach is only a 7 minute walk. Great place to stay for families. The kitchen was functional and stocked with necessities. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and snorkeling masks were provided. Fully functional in unit washer and dryer. WiFi had issues but the landlord got it fixed as soon as we notified. Landlord responds quickly and is very helpful. It is in a quiet location without a lot of traffic but with quick and easy access to all the South side beaches and towns.

Magical Kauai vacation!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing 3 night stay here before moving along to the next part of our trip. Wish we could stay longer! Great space, and amazing location walkable to a beautiful beach that was perfect for kids to boogie board and play!
