Clean, comfortable, well appointed.

Comfortable stay for 8 adults. Sets up well for remote work, if desired. Immaculate neighborhood with updated amenities, close to transportation and bike trail.

Really enjoyed the property. It was clean and well kept. We had to endure a small leak all week which left a nuisance puddle in the main hallway. PM told us to shut the shower door firmly and use a bath mat up tight to the shower, which we were doing. Garbage was overflowing when we checked in which was a little nasty. Kitchen was well equipped and we loved the paddle ball and tennis courts!!

Beautiful house in the Naushop Village

This house looks pretty typical of the neighborhood it's in from the outside. Inside though, it seems huge! 10' ceilings on the 1st floor and cathedral ceilings on the 2nd. Nice big fireplace in the living room which is an open concept with the kitchen and dining nook. I really enjoyed my stay as it is very quiet in this area at night. Very relaxing, and the master bathroom is pretty awesome with the steam-spa shower. Jim was very helpful, and everything was as it supposed to be. Thanks again for a great stay! Tim

Close to town

Naushop is a good neighborhood. Close to town. The house has (as described) high ceilings so it feels bigger than it is. Lower level is great for teenage kids.

First visit to Nantucket

A spacious well presented property. Reasonable location but need a car or taxi to get to the good restaurants. House well stocked except for glasses. There was only two of us and there were only two matching wine glasses! Dishwasher was not good and even after two cycles we had to wash by hand. Fridge also slightly temperamental and bbq instant starter is broken so you need matches or a bbq lighter. Unlike most places that we stayed in there was no manual of how of how things worked on places to visit etc which meant several texts back and forth to the property manager which was probably what neither of us needed. Also whilst perhaps I should have known or researched was the process of booking the car ferry and the wait list policy. Once I had booked the property I found that I couldn't get a spot on the ferry for the Saturday and earliest was on the Monday! I then spent a week wondering if our waitlist times would come through and on the day before we travelled they finally did but it was a nerve racking experience. Would be good to have known that ahead of time. Overall good experience for but not excellent for a first time visitor.

Nice house. Nice neighborhood. Central location.

The house is located in the Naushop subdivision near the airport. Markets and coffee shops are a walk or bike ride away. The subdivision feels a bit like the “Truman Show” as all the homes have a similar salt box look. Lots of families and clean. There seemed to be other renters in the community. The tennis courts were a fun bonus. Nobadeeer and Surfside are the two closest beaches - about 15 min by bike. There were some minor issues with the house but nothing major. A larger indoor dining table would be welcome as would some updated outdoor furniture. The outdoor space is peaceful except for the mornings. The property backs up to an industrial park and in the morning there are loud diesel powered trucks loading and unloading. This would be the only negative comment regarding our stay.

The pictures don't do justice to this charming home. It is much bigger than we thought.

Lovely home in a quiet community. All white picket fences, hydrangeas and roses. The house is tastefully decorated and spacious. The backyard was ideal to relax after the beach and grill some nice dinners. The Nantucket Fish and Meat Market just down the road had an amazing selection for foodies and sushi lovers. We will be back.

Outstanding home on beautiful Nantucket island! Spectacular accommodations decorated with traditional nautical and maritime pieces. Relaxing and comfortable with all amenities needed for a peaceful island stay.

Excellent stay!

This is the perfect Nantucket home! Wonderful location on quiet street with private backyard and access to tennis courts and swimming pool. Bedrooms are immaculate and top of the line. Very private basement with second kitchen and separate sleeping areas for second or third family (or teenagers!). Outdoor shower is heavenly as is backyard patio. The pictures say it all. Owner was very helpful on multiple communication points and is very customer service oriented. This is a genuine review-my family and I (6 adults, 5 kids) had a great stay at this excellent home. We would return in a moment!

The Naushop village is a copy of the downtown Historical area of Nantucket , all houses built have to conform with The Historical District commission of Nantucket
Bright open new spacious ,tastefully decorated and furnurshed .Central AC ,front and back gardens .Close to Surfside beach ,cisco beach ,Bike Path ,conservation areas and the Historic Town of Nantucket
Naushop also offers a guest swimming pool , tennis courts and Banquet hall .Children's playground ,central to everything the Far away island has to offer

この宿泊施設の特徴

My house is unique ,as the interior design I put together brings elements of the outside in ,having 28 feet of windows running along the south side.
I also had the first floor ceiling raised an extra 2 feet to 10 feet when building the house to give it that airy feel and so guests can make the most of the ceiling fans in the summer ,which is a more natural healthy way to ventilate and cool down .
On the second floor instead of going with an attic space above the rooms which most of the houses in Naushop have and to me makes the bedrooms somewhat claustrophobic .I decided to loose the attic space and open up all the ceilings and install ceiling fans.
The finished basement has 12 foot high ceilings .
The house is deceiving from the outside ,as most people who walk threw the door remark on how big it is on the inside ,which you would not of guessed by looking at it from the outside.
The total square footage is 3000sf
