Welcome to our beautiful home, The SunDancer! Located on the quiet beach of Captiva’s gulf coast, our home is the perfect place for a large family vacation, corporate retreat, or romantic getaway. Sleeping a maximum of 14 guests. Full ocean views, so close you can feel the breeze off the changing tide, it’s both luxurious and comfortable making The SunDancer the perfect beach escape. The 3-story gulf front home has been recently remodeled with all of the essentials. Enjoy a fabulous pool with accompanying Jacuzzi, SONOS surround sound, wine refrigeration, a great built-in grill on the lanai, a kid friendly downstairs with a large screen TV, with grassy spaces for lawn games and much more. Our house will please those wanting to entertain, relax, or just beach bum around.

Notable for the most amazing sunset views, the 3-story home offers two house-length porches. The second-floor deck, or lanai, is screened in and is great for an afternoon nap or hosting an outdoor dinner party. The deck off the 3rd floor is accessible from three separate rooms and is amazingly romantic. Out of all our years on Captiva, I cannot think of a more spectacular place to watch the sunset. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine or a cold Corona and lime before heading down to one of the many local restaurants for a great island dinner.

The house sits directly on the beach with a great pool, newly landscaped backyard and feet friendly path to the beach. My daughters’ love to get up in the morning and head straight for the shore for their morning run. Your crew will surely love doing the same! While the Captiva sunsets cannot be beat, it really is the morning colors that make the island so special.

The house is fully ADA accessible, with an elevator and a wheelchair accessible shower, so no matter what your groups’ needs may be, The SunDancer will effortlessly accommodate.
