Tucked away on a peaceful no-outlet street between Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, and Garden of the Gods Park, this attached 2-bedroom, 1-bath lock-off apartment offers privacy, comfort, and unbeatable access to Colorado’s most iconic landscapes.

Step outside and immerse yourself in nature—hiking, biking, or horseback riding trails begin just minutes from your door, with the main trails of Garden of the Gods only 1.25 miles away by foot. Wildlife sightings are common here, including deer, wild turkey, and even the occasional bear, adding to the authentic Colorado experience.
There are also a few friendly kitties that belong to the main home that may say stop and say hello.

This was our first time in Colorado Springs and the location of this property was fantastic! The accommodations were comfortable. What impressed me the most was whenever I had a question the host was friendly and answered quickly and made sure we had everything needed to make our stay pleasant. The beds were good and the whole living area was quaint and had plenty of space to accommodate two single adults comfortably. We enjoyed that everything was clean, well stocked and cutely decorated. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quick access to the Garden of the gods, shopping and Pikes Peak.

Oscar is a mechanical engineer and I’m a structural engineer, so we both take pride in keeping our unit well maintained and comfortable for guests. We enjoy hosting families, traveling professionals and visitors who want a clean, quiet place to stay close to downtown Manitou and Garden of the Gods. I enjoy hosting because it gives me the opportunity to help travelers experience the area like a local. My goal is always simple—make sure guests have a comfortable stay and leave loving Colorado as much as I do.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of the most beautiful and historic parts of Colorado Springs. We’re located in the 80904 historic westside area, just two blocks from the Columbia Trailhead at Garden of the Gods. I love being able to walk out the door and immediately access some of the best hiking and views in the city. The neighborhood has a relaxed, local feel with charming homes, nearby cafes, and easy access to Old Colorado City and downtown.
