The living area features an indoor fireplace and opens into a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and bar seating.
Guests also have access to three patios and a shared outdoor space that includes a hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit, shared with the other home on the property. A private one-car garage with direct access to the unit adds extra convenience, making this space especially well suited for extended stays and traveling professionals.

Getting Around:
Welcome to northern Michigan, where our wintertime weather can swing from glorious to ferocious in a flash. Each of our properties have snow removal service scheduled to plow with each snowfall amounting to at least 4 inches of snow. If the vehicle you bring is not 4-Wheel or All-Wheel Drive, please be aware of the potential risks accessing the property when snow is present.

Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.
Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 1.5x the monthly rate is required and will be applied at the time of booking.
High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.
There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.
Because this reservation requires a 30-day minimum stay, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every 14 days. Additional cleanings are also available upon request. All cleaning fees will be added at the time of booking.
