Modern 2-bedroom condo with AC, two short blocks to AMP

Enjoy your Chautauqua stay in our 2nd story, modern, and comfortable condo just two blocks from the Amphitheater. It has two bedrooms (one large aprox 16 x 16, one small). Please note the primary bedroom is technically a loft (no door) but we use a Japanese folding screen for privacy when needed. One bath with a shower/tub combo, a full kitchen, lovely private porch, a/c, and a queen size pull out couch in the living room. You're sure to enjoy reading, napping or entertaining on the porch hidden in the trees. Parking is included in the South lot 2 blocks away. The building has a strictly enforced no pets / no smoking policy.
