The cabana pool was closed for repair, but you could use the hot tub. We used the other two pools, they were nice!

The location was close to a beautiful private beach. The unit was very clean and comfortable and included everything we needed during our stay. Restaurants within walking distance served excellent food, local live entertainment and excellent service. The host was readily available by phone but we did not need to contact him. The information for check-in, recommended restaurants and sites he provided were spot on and made our visit even more enjoyable. We will stay there again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

This was a last minute trip, but it was just what we needed! Great location to the beach, pool access, and near different food options. It was a perfect place to stay with our kids! We will be back!

Great vacation spot!

We had a wonderful vacation staying here. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, great location near many amazing restaurants and activities, and a quiet, relaxing place to enjoy the beach with the family. Chris was a great host and always readily available if we were to need anything at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot

Loved the convenience of this condo. Beach, pool and restaurants all a quick walk away. The owner was extremely helpful answering any questions and checking to ensure you had everything needed during the stay. Will definitely check out again when we return to 30A.

Great Last Minute Getaway!

The condo in Santa Rosa was very efficient and convenient. Good location for the walk to beach as well as driving to Destin and Miramar restaurants. Good size for couple with two small children. Convenient to grocery store as well!
