Escape to this bright, comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bath upstairs unit designed to feel like home in Lanham MD, 15-20 minutes away from DC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this tremendous home offers a welcoming retreat.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a full bed, and the third doubles as a home office with a twin pull-out chair, with another peacefully decorated full hall bathroom. What I love about this neighborhood is how it gives you the best of both worlds. You’re close enough to DC to easily sneak into the city for a day trip or a night out, yet far enough away to truly enjoy a quiet, residential feel. There’s a park within walking distance, convenient grocery stores with easy parking, and a calm, neighborhood atmosphere that makes it feel comfortable and livable—not just busy.

What makes this property especially unique is that it was truly our home. It was the first home we bought as a married couple, and the place where we brought our first baby home. So many memories and moments are woven into these walls, and that history is part of why we’ve cared for and designed the space so intentionally.
