A peaceful, faith-based gathering space designed for intentional stays, small groups, and meaningful connection. Ideal for leaders, families, and groups seeking a quiet, purpose-driven environment to rest, reconnect, and be encouraged.
Our Mission
This home is part of the Firesnatchers mission to support those who are fulfilling their ministry, serving others, strengthening families, and building Christ-centered community.
For qualifying ministry leaders, outreach teams, small groups, and mission-aligned gatherings, we may offer complimentary day use or one overnight stay, with guests only responsible for the cleaning/preparation fee.
A portion of every regular reservation also helps support outside missions, community encouragement, and faith-based efforts.
If your gathering may align with this mission, please message us before booking so we can learn more and confirm fit.

* Gatherings are expected to be respectful, intentional, and aligned with the tone of the space

LISTING ACCESS
Guests will have access to approved areas of the home based on their booking type (daytime retreat, event use, or overnight stay). Access details, approved spaces, and any shared or restricted areas will be clearly outlined and confirmed prior to arrival to ensure a peaceful and well-organized experience aligned with the purpose of your stay.
LISTING INTERACTION
Our guests have the full space to rest, recover, and enjoy their retreat experience. Our team is available by message or phone if you need anything, and we respond quickly to support wellness groups, nonprofits, and mission-based organizations using the home.
If you have questions about amenities, event setups, or grant-funded retreat options, we’re happy to assist. Otherwise, we respect your privacy and ensure a peaceful, uninterrupted stay.
Please note: This is a retreat-style property, not a typical vacation rental.
The home is best suited for peaceful, intentional stays centered around rest, renewal, fellowship, spiritual growth, and meaningful connection.
To preserve the atmosphere of the home and respect the property, this is not suited for parties, loud events, or unapproved gatherings.
If you are interested in bringing a small group, hosting a fellowship-style gathering, or using the space for a purpose-driven retreat experience, please message us before booking so we can confirm whether it is a good fit & how we can stand in the gap to support you..
Parking is limited to the spaces on-site.
No parties, amplified music, or unregistered guests.
House Rules:
⚠️Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. All events are required to be over by 930pm. If this rule is not adhered to you will be penalized $500 for each hour you go over.
Events and Weddings
Outdoor event space is a flat $500-$2,000 fee. .
OVERNIGHT STAYS WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE IF OVERNIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE.
Events must be discussed and approved prior to booking. Unapproved events will be prosecuted
Pets
We welcome pets with a $150 fee per pet. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet, and keep your pet under control at all times. Pets must be cleaned up after, and owners are responsible for any damages caused. we will ask for proof of vaccinations and flea/tick treatment
Smoking
No smoking inside the house or. near the home. If you smoke, please do so in designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Respect for Neighbors
Respect neighbors` privacy and keep noise to a minimum when enjoying outdoor areas, especially during late hours. All events must end by 10pm
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Damages and Breakages
Please take care of the property and all furnishings. If you cause any damages or breakages, please report them immediately. You will be responsible for any repairs or replacements needed.
Firepit & Lounge Areas
Please use the firepit safely and never leave it unattended. Extinguish the fire fully when you`re done, and follow all safety guidelines for outdoor fire use. (Firepit can only be used during burn season)
Outdoor Grilling
If you use the BBQ or grill, please clean it after use. Any propane or charcoal used must be disposed of properly or extra fees will apply
Security Cameras
There are security cameras located in public areas of the property (entrance, yard) for safety purposes. These cameras are not monitored unless needed for security and liability reasons.
No Subletting
The property is available to registered guests only. Subletting or hosting unauthorized guests is not permitted.
Cleaning Policy
We ask that you leave the property in the same condition as you found it. An additional cleaning fee may apply for extended stays or event rentals. Please ensure the property is tidy before check-out.
RV and Tent Camping
Guests may bring an RV (with a charging port available) or set up a tent for camping or glamping on the property. Please let us know in advance to make sure we have the space ready for your group.
Parking
Ample parking is available. If you have an RV or additional vehicles, please let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure there’s enough space for everyone.
