With a wide view of Horseshoe Bayou, this modern studio provides a clean, aesthetically pleasing place to rest between your adventures. You can enjoy morning coffee out on the balcony, or in one of two different sitting areas. The wet bar-style kitchenette provides the cooking tools you need without sacrificing space. The backsplash matches that of the bathroom, set next to the bedroom space and featuring a shower/tub combination. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedroom and common area, and lengthy room-darkening drapes will keep the interior cool and comfortable. Guests can also enjoy access to the shared outdoor pool during their stay.



WHAT’S NEARBY

This home is located in the center of Baytown Village, just steps from the concert lawn, the rock wall, and the dueling piano bar of Rum Runners. The beach is just over two miles away - the resort tram will bring you right to beach parking. Don't forget to stop for breakfast at Maple Street Biscuit Company or Another Broken Egg right next door! Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just one-and-a-half miles away. This is a fun place to stay. The room design gives you a condo feel vs hotel. Steps to the boardwalk and really good places to eat. Only negative was the water didn’t get very hot nor did it last long. Second shower won’t have much hot water. But excellent overall place to stay.

we enjoyed our time there. sofa and outdoor furniture could be cleaner. For those who are planning to use refrigerator, I recommend them to be prepared, because it's too small.

Loved it!

I loved this condo. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the blackout curtains. I loved that it had a small table to eat on and a washer and dryer! A little hard to find after parking but once I was there it was in a great spot.

Was perfect and was exactly what we needed.

Everything was clean and the location was perfect. My daughter performed in the Baytown Irish dance show and this place was located right in front of the stage where she was performing. It is located with easy access to all the things you would want to do. We loved going downstairs to eat breakfast at the Ruby Slipper. We will definitely stay here again.

Great amenities!

The condo is in a great location even if it’s not on the beach! There are plenty of places to eat & things to do within walking distance to the condo. The complimentary beach shuttle was great option to use, because parking was always difficult to find. Instructions to finding the pool could have been better. We had to ask a valet for directions because none were provided in the condo or checkin email. Over all, the condo was good for a quick girls weekend.

Overall Good

The issue was not with the property but the listing on VRBO and actually finding the property… the main description of where I was staying was not anywhere in the listing info. And because this was my first time at this property made me figuring that out extremely difficult.

Room was okay. Tv in bedroom area wouldnt turn off unless it was unplugged. Condo lock when flipped would actually leave the condo completely unlocked, so I don’t believe there was a way to completely deadbolt. When we got to the condo the code we were given was incorrect, Vacasa persisted it was correct so thankful the valet gave us their code until Vacasa gave us an accurate code the next day. No notifications about construction happening in main lobby, so our options were to carry our bags up and down 4 flights of stairs, ruin the construction teams work, or to leave bags in the car. We got a great deal but there was quite a few short-comings this stay.
