This second-floor resort condo grants you access to great community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis, gym, and easy beach access. You are mere steps away from the sand and near fantastic attractions, including Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, Goofy Golf, Xtreme H20, Air Force Armament Museum, The Track - Destin, Okaloosa Island Pier, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and more.



This beachfront home away from home offers a delightful open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Wind down in the welcoming living area as you plan your next adventures or watch a fun show or movie on the TV. The adjacent balcony provides you with an idyllic spot to take in the marvelous views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying the refreshing breeze. It's also a great spot to dine alfresco. Speaking of dining, the condo's full kitchen has all the essentials to whip up exquisite homemade masterpieces and beach snacks on the go. The primary suite enjoys its own TV, access to the balcony, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include another TV in the guest bedroom, an on-site washer/dryer, and central AC.

Great access to the beach and beautiful views

This is well worth the money for this vacation home!! It was roomy and had everything you needed to fell right at home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from the beach, close to several great restaurants, and plenty of parking available. I also really appreciated that the pool, beach access, and outdoor restrooms all had access codes, it made everything feel safe and private.Inside, the unit was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed from towels and kitchen cookware to beach chairs, a cart, and a lovely table and chairs on the balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and the comfy seating out there made it the perfect spot for morning coffee or watching the sunset.There were a few minor maintenance issues. These were small things that didn’t take away from how enjoyable our stay was, maintenance quickly came to address one of the issues.One of my favorite features was the in-unit washer and dryer, it made it so convenient to go home with clean clothes instead of sand and chlorine! The condo was on the 2nd floor, which offered a beautiful view while still being easy to access. The entire complex was quiet, and every guest we encountered was friendly and respectful.Overall, this condo was a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and location. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Looks nice but don’t be fooled

First, We showed up and our balcony with the ocean front view we were supposed to have was being taped up by construction crews to be painted. (This was supposed to have been completed 3 weeks prior to our arrival ) we had zero access to our balcony the whole week with no forewarning from the owners or property manager. I was told by a 3rd party on 3 different occasions that the “local manager” would be contacting me over the issue…. But nothing. I was finally told by the 3rd party they would only offer me a 200 dollar refund and nothing more. Was never even given the opportunity to speak with this “local management”. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Second, The old washing machine they had in the unit stopped working on day 4. So for the last 2 and half days we had no way to wash clothes/towels etc. their solution? Unplug it for 5 minutes and plug it back in lol. Give me a break. Third, I’ve stayed at this property almost every year for the last decade and this is the first time I’ve encountered a unit that didn’t offer beach chair and umbrella service, so we had to spend an extra 40/day We spent a year waiting to take this vacation and it was an absolute nightmare. You could tell the owner got their payment for this rental and could care less what happened after that.
