Great location! Super short walk to the beach, we went while there was beach service which was great! (First week of June). Balcony beach view is gorgeous (the corner view is anwesome!) and we enjoyed coffee/ tea out there in the mornings, watching the waves roll in. The location is great in that you’re far enough from the main pier it’s not too busy/ crazy, but many good eats are a super short drive away. Definitely recommend Stewby’s & the Shack for local seafood. Stewbys was close enough we enjoyed it to go then on the balcony! Clean property, quiet condo while we were there, easy parking. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic ocean view. The unit was clean and inviting. I wasn’t impressed with the pool because it was small and in the parking lot as opposed to the ocean side. There is a steep slope walking from the parking lot to the building and to the steps leading to the beach walkway. This made it difficult for older folks to get to the beach area.

Sorry you were disappointed in the pool location. Many find this an asset since they can enjoy the sounds of the beach and gulf from the balcony without all the pool noise.

My friend and I needed a quick getaway and we found the perfect place for it. Connie's Place is fantastic. The views cannot be beat. Completely unobstructed views of the ocean, beach chair and umbrella setup every morning and dolphin sightings right from the balcony. The condo is so clean and bright. The master bedroom is huge with great views of the ocean. Second bedroom is a perfect size with a large closet. Beds are comfortable. Connie provides some essentials and is very open and honest about what guests need to bring, like beach towels. She provides a lot of extra things for the beach, such as additional chairs, some beach activities, etc. We will definitely be staying at Connie's again next time we visit.

Connie’s Condo has the ideal Okaloosa Island beach location for a family vacation. The condo has 4th floor wraparound views of the beach and the sunset. Clean, comfortable and homey rooms make this a great place for everyone to relax. Plenty of parking and a nice sized pool round out what Emerald Towers West has to offer. Connie is a very thoughtful host who’s provided beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, toys, and even flashlights to hunt ghost crabs at night. There’s a well equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker - just bring your pods! If the condo doesn’t have it, there’s plenty of beach stores not far away. Connie cares a lot about her guests having a great time. Her communication was fantastic, and she was always available to answer questions. Beach chair service was included for our stay, which we really appreciated. The building itself is clean, well maintained and observes nighttime quiet hours. We would definitely stay at Connie’s Condo again the next time we visit Fort Walton Beach.

We had a lovely stay at this condo! It was the perfect location and the view couldn't be beat. Condo was well stocked with everything you need including beach toys and chairs in addition to the ones that the owner provided to the beach service.

Oakaloosa Island Comfort

Great location on the island. Futher away from the bigger resorts so the beach wasn't too crowded. Use of an umbrella and 2 beach chairs was great. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean.

Wonderful Week

Everything was perfect. The beach was family friendly and beautiful and the view from the balcony can’t be beat. It was so convenient for the beach chairs/umbrella to be included in the rental since we spent so much time down at the beach.

Nice Family Vacation

Enjoyed the sunny days at the beach, the view was amazing. The beach was easily accessible and the condo was close to resturants. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from the pier on beach at the condo.

Great Views

This is an outstanding place to stay on the island. Just steps to pristine beach or enjoy expansive views from the deck or living area. Also, the unit is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen.

Location, Location, Location!

Great view and a great location. This was the perfect beach for our family. Not too crowded and we were a short drive to everything we needed in town. The condo had everything we needed, and we especially loved sitting on the patio in the mornings and evening to enjoy the view.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

My husband and I have always enjoyed the white sandy beaches and emerald blue waters of Florida. I fell in love with the absolutely breathtaking view from this unit. Okaloosa Island is much more calm and relaxing than the crowds and traffic in Destin. So you can get away from it all and enjoy the serene beaches of Okaloosa Island that is just steps away from your unit or you can drive about 5 miles to Destin to mix with the crowds.

My favorite spot in this unit is the balcony. I love to read, nap, sun, and just relax listening to the crashing waves. I can enjoy all the beach atmosphere from the convenience of my balcony. With Wi-Fi I can even bring my laptop out there. This corner unit just has a beautiful unobstructed view.

My kids love that they can walk to the Tom Thumb which is less than a half mile away to get snacks or a movie.

My husband loves that he does not need to drive everyone around and can relax or go play golf.

We also love to take walks. We mix it up between serene beach walks and walks on the sidewalk provided on Santa Rosa Boulevard.

If needed, Okaloosa Island also provides a shuttle service.
