You're also close to the shared pool amenity and across the street from beach access! You'll love coming back to this cheerful and luxurious condo full of natural light. Relax in the comfortably furnished living room cooled by central air conditioning, or take in fresh air on the private patio. Each bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom for extra privacy. At the end of the day, gather around in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops. You'll have lots of space and amenities to enjoy during your stay in this condo. Of course, the beach is never far away.

THINGS TO KNOW


  • During November and December, the HOA will be completing painting and floor coating projects on the railings, stairwells, and walkways at Emerald Waters. Work will be done in phases with minimal disruption to guests, and only one area will be closed at a time. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules may adjust as needed.

Perfect location! Ground floor with easy access to walk path to beach. The beach access does have many stairs, so be ready to work those calves and glutes. Each bedroom has king bed and private bath which was wonderful. One bath was large enough for the pack and play so baby could sleep without distraction. We will be back.

Convenient and clean!

My husband and I brought our daughter and 4 friends for spring break. Everything about this condo was perfect for the group! The place was super clean and had everything you needed and more! Each bedroom having a bathroom was awesome! The pictures of the patio don’t really do it justice. While you don’t have a direct view of the ocean- it’s only a short walk across the street. We rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast. We will definitely stay here again. The living room area is super cozy and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is that while construction didn’t bother us I would let guests know that there isn’t a direct path from the car to the condo and they will have to walk in up through the bushes.for us it was fine we are between 18-44 and healthy but if a disabled or elderly person was to stay there before construction is done then it would be difficult for them. Other than that small thing that wasn’t even an issue for us- it was perfect!
