Boasting epic amenities and an excellent Gulf-side locale, this lovely condo in the Sandestin® Beach and Golf Resort lets you experience the Emerald Coast like never before. Walk a few steps to a pristine private beach to play in the surf or rest in the shade. Return to dip in the heated lagoon pool or unwind in the hot tub. Tennis courts, three public golf courses, and a 123-boat marina await your enjoyment. Conclude fun-filled days with a sunset gathering on your private wraparound balcony, which offers views of the bay and the Gulf. Inside, you’ll love the upscale furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and the welcoming beach decor. Large windows provide ample natural light in the living area. Kick back on the sofa (which converts to a queen-size sleeper) and screen a movie on the 42” TV.



Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and an array of helpful gadgets. The granite countertops seat four to morning coffee. Enjoy peekaboo Gulf views at a table for four in the dining area. A half bath provides additional convenience. The views from your private wraparound balcony stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay. Sip tropical drinks at the bistro tables for two. A heated lagoon pool, a hot tub, and a kiddie pool promise aquatic fun for all. Play 18 holes on the three public courses, get a lively match going on any of the 15 tennis courts, or set sail from the 123-boat marina. Other perks include a plethora of on-site dining options, a fitness center, a barbecue area, and a rooftop sunset deck. Complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the community garage.

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: TOWER 2 WILL BE UNDERGOING BALCONY RESTORATION. PREDICTED COMPLETION DATE IS 5/5/25.

TOWER 1 RESTORATION IS PROJECTED FROM 4/1/25- 8/1/25.

DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON SITE, CONSTRUCTION NOISE, BALCONIES COULD BE INACCESSIBLE, AND WINDOWS COULD BE BLOCKED. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS. COMPLETION DATES MAY CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER UNEXPECTED DELAYS.



This rental is located on the sixth floor. Elevators are available.

If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the adjacent studio unit also to accommodate a total of seven guests.

Clean and comfortable! The house had everything that we needed, plenty of extras like blankets/pillows/kitchen supplies. Close walking distance to the beach. Definitely recommend.

Nice Space

My daughter and I stayed for a few days at Luau. The check in process was easy, all needed information was sent the day before check in. The condo was clean and looked like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: I had a wonderful experience with turnkey besides no option for early check in which is pretty ridiculous considering most people travel early in the morning to avoid traffic. Besides that the condo was soooo spacious and extremely clean which we loved especially having our toddler with us. I loved the location, the security, and the endless things to do within the resort. We would absolutely book a stay here again and can’t wait for our next trip.

Need to Sweat the Small Stuff

Our stay was great, the unit was as represented but just a few more details would put it over the top. The entry codes need a little more clarification...the 'gate code' means the parking gate code...the 'foyer code' looks like two different codes when actually one and the property maps within the unit do not pertain to the building that the unit is in. Again, just a few additional details would put it over the top. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay

This is a very lovely apartment and really is as nice as it looks in the pictures. It is also the best equipped VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need to cook and serve a meal is there. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. We also had a little problem with the fridge but a Vacasa rep immediately responded to us and a repair man was there the next day. This was even a weekend. Great service. The apartment is well located in the complex. You really can walk to the beach in five minutes. The tram stops thereand it has a lovely pool. We would definitely recommend it

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very loud HVAC equipment accross parking lot when on balcony. long Difficult to remember access codes for the door locks. Neighboring unit had TV at nearly full volume for the entire weekend. "Steps to beach" imply that the beach is closer than it actually is which is nearly a 1/4 mile. They don't tell you where the unit is until you have already booked so its difficult to tell which building you are staying at. We had assumed it was beach side.

Great condo with all the comforts

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this light filled 6th floor condo at the Sandestin resort. It has a water view, and you can see the sunrise from the spacious wraparound balcony and sunset from the 20th floor deck. We stayed 5 weeks and appreciated all the comforts provided including well equipped kitchen, comfy seating, lighting, as well as storage space below the raised bed. We also loved the area since it was so walkable and we could walk barefoot from the condo to the beach. We also enjoyed that there was so much to do within the resort we hardly ever had to battle the traffic on hwy 98. If a shopping fix is needed there is a large outlet mall is only 2 miles away and dining and grocery stores are very close. We will only stay in the Sandestin resort the next time we return to the area. The only con was that when the temperature dropped there was condensation dripping from the windows and it took the management company and few days to provide a dehumidifier.

Management company’s lack of attention and communication takes away from the integrity of this unit.

We have stayed at the Luau many times and love it. Unfortunately, this condo was one of the least cared for units we’ve stayed in. The communication between the management company is very lacking, automated and slow to respond. The unit itself needs some attention! The tub was very dirty, as were the floors. The bathroom door cannot open fully due to hitting the bed making accessibility a problem. The king bed is extremely hard and uncomfortable, and the fitted sheet was not over the mattress at all at the foot. Power outlet by bed doesn’t work, there is no overhead lighting in bedroom, and the lamps needed new bulbs. The thermostat says it is cooling, but unit stayed warm. Freezer door does not stay closed and ice maker does not work. Unit did not have appropriate number of required wristbands and we did not receive them until following day. All in all, we made do with what we had, but it is very disappointing and aggravating to come on vacation to a “clean” room and spend my time to clean it, remake the bed, etc…
