The Space:

This Redfish Village condo, beautifully decorated in soft blue tones, offers a stylish, comfortable home base for your explorations of Blue Mountain Beach. Walk one block home from the white sand each afternoon to find a private balcony, a polished kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and resort-style amenities that include a shared, large pool, small, heated pool, grills, a playground, and a theater room.



You'll find this property on Scenic Highway 30A in the community of Blue Mountain Beach, where it sits one block from the Gulf of Mexico. The shores of Big Redfish Lake and a lovely collection of shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. When you're not swimming and sunbathing, you can rent bikes to easily reach Gulf Place Town Center and Grayton Beach State Park.

Quick get away

Great location. Close to restaurants and beach. Would have been nice to have coffee filters available and perhaps a bath mat but other than that, we really enjoyed our time there and would certainly stay again.

Great Location

Nice little spot in a mixed residential/commercial property complex. Can walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. Blue Mountain is definitely the quieter/less crowded part of 30A, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this is a really solid option. We enjoyed our stay!

RedFish Village super convenient location!

RedFish Village was a very nice condo for the two of us. The location was very convenient for the beach, food and sightseeing on 30A. We enjoyed the live music on the first night, on nights 2 and 3 we spent at the pool.

Great condo for a getaway as a couple!

Loved the location! Loved the condo! Easy access to rental and easy vacation. Perfect getaway. Bed is a bit uncomfortable but all else was perfect!

Great condo!

This was a perfect condo for my husband and myself. Very clean, good location a couple blocks from the beach. Bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The private beach access was nice with clean restrooms. Overall this was the perfect place for us and We would stay here again when in the area!

Quiet and Comfortable

This property was super comfortable and very well appointed. A perfect spot for two people to enjoy a 30A. We rented bikes and it was super easy to get to the beach – and rented chairs/umbrella on the beach from RedFish Village. Private access to the beach was super convenient. We really really enjoyed our stay.

Birthday Getaway!

My husband and I rented this property for a quick intimate birthday getaway. We were pleased with the beach accessibility along with other shops in the area. The property was neat and clean and met all of our expectations. We will definitely book again.

Another nice stay at Redfish!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years , and this is our second stay at this particular condo. It is very comfortable for the most part. The only complaint we have is the bedroom curtains need to be replaced especially since the window opens onto the walkway.and they are too small to fully close. We had to clip them together for privacy.

Good getaway

The unit is nice. The pools are lovely. Very quiet. It was a bit dark, needs some lamps in the living room area and a nonstick pan.

Very Nice

Pictures matched the room. The keycode they gave me on the email would not work but a quick phone call fixed that problem. It was a good place to stay!

Overall a wonderful place to stay!

The location and actual place were great! The only complaint we have is the towels were terrible quality… they would not stop shedding on everything even after washing them. It would have been nice to know ahead of time to just bring our own. Other than that, Redfish village is such a great place to stay!

Great location

Had a great time. Good location and clean. I would prefer a better bed. Putting a topper on a bad mattress doesn’t help. Need wider drapes for bedroom. It looks out to walk way and need to insure privacy. Very quiet.

Property amenities were awesome! The condo itself was ok. The bed was horrendous! We took turns sleeping on the couch :( The ice maker didn’t work and the washer/dryer was wonky. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked. Needed pans for 2, pot holders and basic kitchen tools. For the price…expected more.

Great property with a lot of potential!

I own a VRBO property, so leaving a truthful review is important to me! The location was great, we loved the private beach access! The property was overall very clean and well decorated! A few things that we we not happy with included… The mattress, it was uncomfortable and should be replaced! I’ve slept on nicer sheets at much less quality properties/hotels! We actually ended out vacation a day early to avoid another back ache! The shower was not draining properly so we removed the catch at the drain and it was NASTY! Definitely needs to be replaced or cleaned on a regular basis! There were no maps or directions to the pool and the location of the pool is not obvious! This information should be provided! Hope to visit redfish village again!

We had a great time on our honeymoon. The only thing that made it a bad experience was Christian. The Friday before we left, he was not at the beach when we arrived and we waited for 45 minutes for him to return. Since he was not there to accomodate us by giving us our beach chairs and umbrella, we and others decided to get them ourselves. When he came back, 45 minutes later, he was very upset that we did his job for ourselves. He did not apologize, but gave us a lecture saying that was his job and there was NO WAY he would lose his job. Well, Christian, do YOUR job. The thing that made it a bad experience was that he did not apologize for being there but turned it around on us and made it seem like we were wrong for doing his job. There was no posted signs saying we couldn't take the chairs and umbrella. Christian was very disrespectful and threatening when he returned. The groups that got their items got the same lecture, too. We had a great week while Cole was there. He was very professional and courteous. Christian was not professional and courteous and I would think twice about coming back if he is still there. Sincerely, David Crowe
