We forgot all of our beach accessories. We were so excited to see chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and beach toys, including a volleyball. My teens had a blast. 100 percent the best place we've stayed at the beach. The staff were so easy to get ahold of. I will be using them again.

Great place! The beds weren’t the most comfy and the vacuum was awful so we had to purchase a broom to be able to clean up the sandy floors but other than that the place was great.

Our would be, relaxing vacation was marred by the ridiculous, traumatizing remote check-in process by VACASA. I have rented many places in the Panhandle over the last 30 years and have never experienced anything so traumatizing as With VACASA. I did with this day usually I pay I’m given a code with all the instructions in an email or a or a link and it is simple and beautiful just has anyone’s vacation should be beginat check-in time but we were denied check-ineven though we had paid fulland it was 2 1/2 hours

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the check-in process felt frustrating. For security purposes, all guests must complete identity verification before access details are released. This step is required for every reservation and cannot be skipped, which led to the delay. We appreciate your understanding.
