The Space:

From the moment you walk in you'll notice the open, bright and airy feel of this beautifully decorated condominium. This condo is on the first floor, but not ground floor as there is some parking underneath the building. condo 104 is only one of two condos in all of Summerwind Center featuring 20-foot ceilings giving the condo a grand entrance and a much bigger feel. The condo faces the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a palm tree theme in the kitchen and family room giving the condo a beautiful Florida accent. Enjoy the wraparound balcony where you can see both the beautiful Gulf of Mexico as well as the Santa Rosa Sound. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy with friends or take in the view of the Navarre Fishing Pier. All the bedrooms and the family room are carpeted. The front bedroom faces the waterway, has a TV, is decorated with bright green and yellow colors, and has an attached bath. The second bedroom also features a TV with a VCR. The primary bedroom has its own access to the large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The en suite bathroom has a tub and separates glassed shower, double sink and space around the bath to sit or decorate. There is a large chair to sit on beside the armoire. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and family room. There is plenty of seating in the den with a queen sofa bed.

- Check-in was like a treasure hunt. I’d suggest a specific section on check-in outlining the multiple locations to go to for each step.- Shower in first bath had to be finagled to work then it made an awful squealing sound.- Pillows are awkward to sleep on. Bring your own.- call the owner number didn’t work. Had to call a different number.- only one pool of the 3 is heated. Had to figure that out by asking around.- buy ice because the refrigerator ice doesn’t work through the door- logistics of the whole process is unique and tedious to get to, get in, and secure.The condo was pleasant and the location was beautiful.We would probably stay again now that we know the initial challenges.

Navarre is peaceful, people are wonderful, location is a must for families. The tall ceilings make it way more comfortable to stay and not feel squished

Nice condo, beautiful, safe property. Check in process could have been explained a little better. You have to go a block away and check in at the Vacasa office. All the texts leading up to the stay were great but this could have been made a little more clear. Also, multiple texts saying if we can check in early we will be notified is kind of misleading if there is no intention to allow early check in. The condo and stay itself was great otherwise.

Family Vacation 2019

We loved the condo. The location was just what we wanted and was so close to the beach and everything that we wanted to do. The size was perfect, the three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was exactly what we needed. Just the right size for our family vacation. We absolutely enjoyed it and hope to come back soon!

Nice condo

The condo was nice. The kitchen needs knives in a HUGE way. The condo was cool and clean, the beds were way too hard for our liking but we were able to sleep.

Great location!

The condo has lots of room. The high ceilings are beautiful. The layout is perfect. It was a little noisy from the wind, but it could have been from hurricane Irene coming through. I would stay agin.

Nice place

Some aspects were a bit dated, like the countertops, the toilets and some worn paint on some of the doors here and there. It was still nice enough for the offseason price. I did encounter one roach the last day where the trashcan is located. The biggest downside to thisnproperty is it being on the 1st floor right anove the very busy pool area For that reason alone, i would not pay the inseason rate for this property. .

Very Nice

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had beautiful balcony views of pool and ocean. Some of the TV remote controls didn't have batteries. That's the only issue that we had. This was a great place to take our family and would highly reccomend it.

Overall we had a wonderful vacation. The place could’ve been cleaned better though and stocked a little better (2 trash bags and 2 rolls of tp for the week?). Two calls to management were not returned.

The condo was beautiful. Had no problems checking in and the stay was great. It was quite and very spacious. The only problem was that I couldn't get the dryer to work. Other than that we had a great stay and I will definitely be back soon!!!
