The condo was very clean and community pool and beach were spectacular. You could walk to the grocery store and some restaurants easily. Area felt very safe, even at night. Do remember to bring your own beach towels as they were not provided.

Excellent beachfront experience

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was exactly the size we needed for our family of four. It was right on the beach with a beautiful view and pool access.

Miramar Beach was outstanding

Excellent location, great condo and beautiful beach setting! We do winter rentals each year and swear 2024 was the best one ever. From an early check-in to a very clean and well appointed unit, we enjoyed a fun month and will gladly return.

Great view and location

We love the view from the balcony and close proximity to the beach and pool. Ample walking paths in the area as well. We've stayed in other units at this property before, and while this one was closer to the shoreline, the sunrise was blocked in the morning by the tower on the next property to the east. We weren't able to use any streaming services that contain commercials on the unit's televisions, which was odd. Overall we liked it and would stay again.

fabulous. Vacation condo.

Vacasa was available at all times to help us if needed. The check in and check out process was so easy. The unit was clean and well equipped. Great management service. We plan on using them again in the future.

Nice condo

The condo itself was the perfect size it had almost everything needed for a short trip to the beach, oven mitts were not there to remove a hot pan from the oven, I found that out a bit to late, the elevator that was closest to the condo was broken this required a trip from the front of the building to go to the beach pool or out to dinner, getting out things into the condo was a chore, the condo was very clean and the perfect size for 3 people:

Great location and view

We enjoyed the unit overall. It had a great view. Very spacious and quiet overall. We would rent it again, although maybe at a different time of year. Being there in January it was winter like temperatures a good bit of the time and also the resort was doing a lot of its repairs and remodeling at that time, causing some disruptions in getting around, The thermostat was set on a schedule and kept reverting it to a colder temperature automatically when we needed to have heat, causing me to having to keep turning the heat back up while we were in the unit, Vacasa Management responded quickly to some minor issues that arose while we were there,

The property is great overall. Beautiful pools, great beach. The unit itself was very good. However the overall property could use some updating. Only one elevator worked. Parking was an issue. We couldn’t watch tv in the living room as remotes didn’t work. No big deal for us, didn’t watch a lot of tv. But would have been nice to have the option.

Great place!

Only trouble was check in. There wasnt any clear instructions about initial entry to the gate, luckily I stopped at the front desk first and found out. The code for the condo door was also incomplete/incorrect. I had to call customer support and get a new door code. Took about 10-15 minutes. Everything after that was fine.

The Edgewater complex is awesome. The pool, grills, fitness center, and beach are all great. The complex is close enough to walk to Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Winn-Dixie, Alvin's and even the outlets.There were a few issues with the unit. The indicator markings on the oven/stove were worn off so you couldn't tell if it was on high, medium or low. The crock pot lid/handle is broken off and I burnt my finger removing the lid. The towel drying rack's paint flakes off onto your clothes when you use it. The master bathroom toilet sometimes runs continuously.The local VRBO/Vacasa contact was not helpful when the internet wasn't working. They didn't know what connection should be used and they said the complex recently put a new wifi system in, but they couldn't tell me what it was called or how to connect to it. If they know it is new, then they should proactively get that information and be able to answer my questions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience! We're pleased that our home was a good fit and that you especially loved the location. Thank you for bringing some items to our attention that need some TLC. Our local manager assured us that they will replace the crockpot lid and the drying rack. Additionally, they scheduled maintenance to check the toilet. There were a couple of weeks where the WiFi wasn't working, but the HOA has changed service providers and the correct information has been provided to our guests. We appreciate your feedback as we view it as an opportunity to improve and hope to host you again soon.

Miramar on the Beach

Great condo and location but listing was wrong. Listed as 3 bedrooms sleeps 6, then when we booked it changed to 2 bedrooms sleeps 6 due to a pullout sofa bed. When we got to the condo no pullout sofa bed, only a sofa so it really only slept 4. Also no binder with resort info from property management company to provide the parking pass, gate pass, or pool tags. Getting in touch with property management was also frustrating. In the end we received a credit but I would hesitate to book with them again.
