Beach House C401



The Space:

This lovely, beach-inspired home away from home has a cozy feel and offers wonderful views of the Gulf and pool from the fourth-floor balcony. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with upgraded countertops that include a walk through to the dining and living room, upgraded white cabinetry, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room features a quite comfortable sofa and loveseat, a lovely mirrored wall, a country-style dining table for six, a TV, a DVD player, and access to the Gulf side balcony. You will be delighted by the tile floors throughout this retreat. The main bedroom has a comfortable beach and palm theme including a large king bed, wicker furnishings, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a happy color scheme with two nice double beds, a TV, and a DVD player. Each of the bathrooms has a tub/shower combo, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, custom mirrors, and upscale lighting. A washer/dryer has been added to the unit for our guests' convenience. Come enjoy the beach life in style in this fine condo!



This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Very clean, excellent beach views, and outstanding beach chairs and umbrellas set up for and waiting for us by 6am every morning. Don’t underestimate the importance of convenience for an outstanding stay.

Great condo and gorgeous balcony view!

Great condo!!! The condo was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights, wished it could've been longer. The ocean view from balcony was like a postcard. It helped that the weather was perfect and the water was the prettiest clear blue I've ever seen. Truly worth the price!

Beautiful place with beautiful views

The view of the beach was enough to make this 5 stars. The beach was private so it wasn’t over crowded. The pool was nice and the beach and water were to die for. The only knock I have is that the number given to get into the room was wrong as I had seen in another review. But upon calling Vacasa, the gentlemen helping me got it figured out quickly and we only had to wait a couple minutes outside the room to get in. Otherwise everything is 5 stars. Will come back for sure!

A Wonderful Trip!

We loved our stay in this condo! It is larger than most condos we have stayed in. It was very well stocked. It was also very cute with an amazing view. We never heard the neighbors at all, and we were there during spring break. Parking was great even though getting in and out of the parking lot was sometimes a little tough due to traffic. Check-in and -out were very easy. The location was good. We didn’t see any dolphins from the balcony, but we took a dolphin cruise so it was fine. I had to search and search for an available, reasonably priced condo, and we took a gamble on this one. It completely worked out. No complaints from us at all.
