The Space:
*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.
This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.
Create lasting memories with your loved ones when you stay in SunDestin 209. This unit is conveniently located on the second floor and above the indoor pool and also offers a view of the sundeck, jacuzzi, and the kids' splash park, along with a beach view partially restricted by the pool roof directly in front of the balcony. Nonetheless, you can indulge in a lovely beach view on the right side of the private balcony. While here, go for a refreshing dip in either of the two pools or get a good sweat in the fitness room. Immortalize your time here with something from the gift shop after dining at the in-house restaurant.
From the moment you enter, you will fall in love with the beautiful, elegant décor, along with the “at-home” ambiance throughout. Upon entering, you will find the comfortable primary bedroom, which includes a large, mounted television and leads into the half and full bathroom, the latter of which contains the washer and dryer. Both the full and half bathrooms are easily accessible through the bedroom and the hallway. Down the hallway, you will find the renovated, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen, which sports stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the living room, and the dining area. The living room boasts a large television and DVD player combination, perfect for a relaxing movie night.
Step out onto the spacious balcony, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or taking in memorable views and partial sunsets. This lovely second-floor vacation rental has been completely remodeled to offer an updated, modern touch. It features premium appliances, including dimmable LED lights and built-in USB charging outlets, as well as tile and hard surface flooring.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.
