The exterior of this property offers under-house concrete parking, a covered entry, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a screened porch, a fish cleaning area, a park-style grill, and the shaded beach access path (located next to the home) allows for easy and direct passage to the sandy white beach!



Stairs in the enclosed foyer provide access to the floors above. The first floor features two well-appointed bedrooms that share the east full bathroom. All bedrooms offer private access to screened deck areas. The second floor of this home offers a beautifully decorated open living/dining/kitchen area with sparkling Gulf views. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a TV, (no cable streaming only), your group will enjoy making memories as you share meals together at the large farmhouse table.
