Experience your dream vacation at this spacious, 1,480-square-foot condo steps from the white-sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico! The vacation rental is in a perfect location to experience everything Destin offers. If you don’t feel like cooking, head to any of the many restaurants within walking distance. If you bring the kids along, Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park and The Track - Destin offer endless amusement for the whole family. Just a short drive away, The Destin Harbor Boardwalk and Destin Commons offer plenty of shopping and dining options. There are plenty of on-site activities to choose from each day, as guests will have access to the shared heated pool, a fitness facility, a sauna, tennis courts, and private beach access just 130 steps from your front door!



This condo is fully equipped for comfort, from the bright décor to the open layout and luxurious bedrooms. The home offers beautiful ocean views from both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living area. For what we paid, the place was pretty good and in a great location. Steps from the beach! I will say, the plumbing was very loud when flushing the toilet and using the sink in the hall bathroom. The back to one of the dining chairs was also broken. There were no extra sheets/blankets provided for the sofa bed/pull out bed. There was also no extra laundry detergent, which is usually provided for at least 1 or 2 washes. The host was very easy to get in touch with and very nice! Overall, i would stay here again. I just wish i was aware of the few minor kinks before going!

Well appointed and spacious interior - main living and kitchen area. Inviting and comfortable bedrooms that each had private bath. Two, unique in law suites for privacy. Lovely pools and patio area. Convenient beach access. Best of Holiday Isle living.

Beach Home Away From Home

We were in town for the weekend for a soccer tournament and this home was perfect for my family. It was beautiful, comfy, clean, and had everything we needed and more! I loved the view and the convenience to the beach. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!! I will definitely keep this listing saved for future beach trips.

We had a great time. Place is big and spacious. Close to everything. Target right across the street. Beat part was they let us check in at 1 pm because unit was available. Will be back. Thank you

Great location to beach, walking distance. Clean space.

Nice, clean, walking distance to restaurants and shopping in the area. Lots of construction here and other buildings in this area, but still can get in and out with no problem. Would stay here again!

The condo was beautifully decorated and up to date. Loved the area and beach! Was a little disappointed in the cleanliness, specifically the floors and master shower. But overall a nice experience.

Nice condo

Booking online was super easy. Had no problems with anything. Condo was nice. One of the beds was broken but we had taken an air mattress...thank goodness. But it also had a note on it saying that is was on order to be fixed. The beach is close also which is nice. There's plenty of places to eat and shop close

Great condo!

Our family loved this condo! It was extremely spacious, very clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, enjoyable glassed-in balcony, and had a bit of an ocean view from every window. The condo has a nice washer and dryer in a large laundry pantry where you will also find 4-5 body boards for the ocean and several beach chairs. The spacious kitchen has lots of usable counter space for cooking and grocery storage. The condo comes with a two beach chairs and umbrella set up daily by beach attendants. The pool is also very clean and a nice size. This condo that is a very short walk to the beach and is highly recommended! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Alot of construction. We were told minimal construction. There was hammering and power saws in the condo next to ours. And they had to shut down the guest bathroom because of leaks downstairs. We left a day early. And the thermostat was locked, so the condo stayed at a chilly 68°.

This whole property is under construction. It was not safe for our children and it was extremely loud all day so our baby was unable to nap. I’m sure this place will be lovely when renovations are complete but, we were unaware of the extent of the renovations until we arrived.

Owners reniged on our contract

We booked in Oct for a Dec 30th thru March 15th stay and owners canceled our booking mid Nov do we had to scramble to try and get another place to snowbird in. Very unpleasant and unprofessional to list your property and take the money and then cancel when most places are no longer available for those dates. Just don't list your place.
