After a bad experience with our original rental, this was a quick and easy book, and was much nicer and convenient than the previous property.

We never received additional bedding that we asked for. Each bed had 1 flat sheet and 1 small, think blanket on it. My children were cold. We reached out to the host who responded immediately, saying they would take care of this the next day….nothing happened. I reached out again to the host and had no response.

Condo was clean and looked like pictures. Staff at the resort were also kind. Room not adequately supplied with cups and the blow dryer did not work but other than that, the place was great! Property management company could do a better job with communication. I never did receive the email regarding how to access the parking garage.
