The Space:

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Outdoor Hot Tub

-Splash Pad

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



Perfect for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, this Destin rental combines stellar beachfront amenities and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! SunDestin is a Gulf-front resort located less than two miles from the heart of town offering fantastic amenities including two heated pools, a children's splash pad, hot tub, and gym. This charming condo is located on the seventh floor and offers a great view of the emerald green waters. And the well-equipped kitchen includes everything one might need for easy meal prep. Guests will also enjoy direct beach access and equipment rental services offering kayaks and stand-up paddleboards!



With so many attractions, you'll never want to leave home, but when you do venture out, the city is a playground for family fun and outdoor adventures. Wander the historic Fort Pickens in nearby Pensacola Beach, or board a Buccaneer Pirate Cruise ship. Enjoy waterfront bars, restaurants, and shops along HarborWalk Village, fish off the boardwalk, or hike the stunning nature trails at Henderson Beach State Park.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025..

It could use some updates snd repairs. It definitely needs a K-cup coffee maker! They are not expensive. The mattress could be better as well. Great location and the view was the best!!!

The condo needs a major update in the worst way. Old carpet, old appliances, worst couch ever. Dust and mold around bathroom vents. Coffee pot has burnt coffee all over the warmer, entire microwave is cracked across the front. The only thing true to the booking is the view. However, they leave out the that is the central until taking up half the balcony. Total eye sore and is overwhelming loud when it comes on, blows hot air all over and not to mention how unsafe it is if you have a small child with you.

We loved the property and will be back but there was no toilet paper holder in one bathroom and a weird glob of toilet paper hanging from the sprinkler in the bathroom. Just a little dated
