Perfectly positioned just steps from the sand, this coastal retreat offers ocean views from the front of the condo and a unique overlook of the east-side pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts — a fun and lively backdrop for your beach stay.

Whether you’re here to unwind or stay active, this location truly gives you the best of both worlds.

Serving Sand East has been thoughtfully refreshed with an airy, coastal vibe and brand-new bedroom furniture to ensure a restful and stylish stay.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need — from coffee in the morning to dinner after a long beach day.

We’ve been renting at SeaColony for 20+ years and are thrilled to share that opportunity with your family and friends. We love the tennis, pickleball, beach, pools, fitness center, and bike riding at Sea Colony. We have purchased and renovated our ocean front condo with the idea of building a home that we would have loved to rent.

Location, location, location. We love being ocean front and have renovated our home to be somewhere we love to stay. New carpets, paint, faucets, and Roku tvs in each room for 2026.
