The Space:

Step out onto your furnished balcony and watch the beach come alive as the sun rises over the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare full meals in your well-equipped kitchen, or just cool off in the air conditioning in this elegantly-appointed rental. Pop on your pool bands and head down to the shared, heated pool, enjoy a soak in the pool spa, or work up a sweat in the fitness room. There's a little something for everyone at Sterling Sands!



While the beach is just steps from your rental, you'll find even more opportunities for fun in the sun at places like the Track where you can hop in a go-kart, play mini-golf, or brave the SkyFlyer, located right across the street. Race down some incredible water slides at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, less than a mile west. Or head to Henderson Beach State Park, a mile-and-a-half east, where you can hike the nature trail, do a little fishing, or relax on the warm sands.

Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.

This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Place was clean, Cheap Dollar General Grade cooking utinsils.Great view! Biggest and most pertinent problem is the complete lack of safety handles and slip resistant protection in the shower. OSHA would not pass this condo for safety.... ZERO protection from falls in and around the shower/bath area VERY DANGEROUS!

Location!

The location and pool were the best I can say. The condo itself is in need of many repairs and updates. The balcony overlooking the beach was nice but difficult to see through the glass railing.

I would just suggest more towels, toilet paper. We had one wash cloth per bathroom. One Bath towel for each bathroom.

gorgeous view

This property was amazing. we loved the location--close to family activities and feet away from the beach. it was super clean and looked exactly like the online pictures. only complaint is the checkin time and not being able to use your own beach umbrellas. It would be nice to include beach chairs/umbrellas with the stay. other than that it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back. Would even love to rent the same unit,

Excellent beach facing property

Pros: Amazing experience. It is exactly what is shown in the pictures. The best thing about the property is one can view both sunset and sunrise from the balcony that opens to the beach. Cons: the place is for 4 adults. The 5th bed is little small for an adult. No place to sleep for 6th adult.

beautiful beach and property

The only problem we had was they were painting the building and it got all over our cars. The washed them once and we had to leave before we could get them washed and cleaned again. They did not do anything to keep our cars from getting paint on them.

Good location bad Condo

I’ve stayed at Sterling Sands multiple times and love the pool, location and proximity to the beach, but this condo was the worst I have ever stayed in. What kind of in general is clean but the rugs and couch were filthy, there was mold in the bathrooms and on the balcony and the kitchen was barely stocked.

Great location

This condo is in a great location, gulf front and walking distance to the Back Porch restaurant, the Track, Big Kahunas. Beautiful views, larger balcony than other condos we've stayed in. Overall the condo was clean. The small things-light switches/plates, door knobs, etc could be cleaner. The master bed was comfy. The other beds, not as much. The pool was nice, as was the beach service. All Sterling Sands personnel were friendly and helpful. Vacasa is the rental managing company. They could communicate better with the actual property as there were some discrepancies. All were resolved by the HOA staff on site. It was a beautiful stay and we enjoyed it! We would stay at this location again.
