Welcome to condo 812 nestled on the top floor at Sterling Sands!

Take in the panoramic scenery from your furnished balcony, whip up culinary delights in the well-appointed kitchen, or unwind with entertainment on the sleek flatscreen TVs. Dive into relaxation with shared amenities such as a pool heated (seasonally), spa, fitness facility, and an alfresco dining area, perfect for gathering with loved ones.

Conveniently nestled off Highway 98, Sterling Sands places you within strolling distance of a variety of dining options. Start your day with a delectable breakfast at the Pancakery, savor fresh seafood at the Back Porch, or relish in the flavors of Merlin's Pizza. Thrilling adventures await nearby, with the Track Family Fun Park offering an array of entertainment from go-karts to mini-golf, while Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park promises exhilarating slides and refreshing wave pools. Great location

This unit was right on the beach and close to several great restaurants and attractions. It was clean, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

Great location on the beach! Loved waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony to drink coffee while overlooking the ocean. Very peaceful yet right in the middle of the main road (98).

Bestie's Trip

Overall it's a good little vacation spot. If you like to cook your own meals, please bring cooking utensils and pot holders, there were none available. Also, if you have small children; the traffic noise is a bit loud on the street side.
