Welcome to condo 812 nestled on the top floor at Sterling Sands!

Indulge in a waterfront retreat boasting uninterrupted beach vistas, accompanied by access to a pool Heated (seasonally) and gym. This vibrant, family-oriented condo invites you to immerse yourself in the allure of the Emerald Coast. Take in the panoramic scenery from your furnished balcony, whip up culinary delights in the well-appointed kitchen, or unwind with entertainment on the sleek flatscreen TVs. Dive into relaxation with shared amenities such as a pool heated (seasonally), spa, fitness facility, and an alfresco dining area, perfect for gathering with loved ones.

Conveniently nestled off Highway 98, Sterling Sands places you within strolling distance of a variety of dining options. Start your day with a delectable breakfast at the Pancakery, savor fresh seafood at the Back Porch, or relish in the flavors of Merlin's Pizza. Thrilling adventures await nearby, with the Track Family Fun Park offering an array of entertainment from go-karts to mini-golf, while Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park promises exhilarating slides and refreshing wave pools. Guest Entry: Access to the rental is facilitated through an E-lock, requiring a unique code that is reset after each guest's stay.

This unit was right on the beach and close to several great restaurants and attractions. It was clean, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

Overall it's a good little vacation spot. If you like to cook your own meals, please bring cooking utensils and pot holders, there were none available. Also, if you have small children; the traffic noise is a bit loud on the street side.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and location by shops and restaurants. Nice quiet clean beach with great beach service. Pool was ok, but hot tub was small and didn't work half the time. Rental itself was clean and comfortable. Condo management was great. Check in smooth and helpful.
