Summer Trip with our Granddaughter

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall it's a good little vacation spot. If you like to cook your own meals, please bring cooking utensils and pot holders, there were none available. Also, if you have small children; the traffic noise is a bit loud on the street side.

Short weekday stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got there we found out that you can’t use the beach unless you pay for their chairs and umbrellas which cost 55 bucks per day, we had three if us so that would have cost us more than a hundred dollars per day. We ended up going to a different beach the whole time we were there. We only had two rolls of single ply toilet paper to last 4 days, with two women that is impossible. The dryer was broken so we couldn’t use it. The mattress in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a box spring. The chair on the balcony was falling apart. The plus was parking was pretty good and the air conditioning worked great. The view was really awesome , just couldn’t enjoy the beach there. A stark reminder why I would never live in an HOA run property.

Great location

This unit was right on the beach and close to several great restaurants and attractions. It was clean, nicely furnished and had comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and check-in was easy.

Great Condo!

Great location on the beach! Loved waking up every morning and sitting on the balcony to drink coffee while overlooking the ocean. Very peaceful yet right in the middle of the main road (98).

Very nice condo

The view from the balcony is just amazing. Such a great unit that maximizes every square foot of space. Shower was powerful, AC was really cold, and Ice maker in the freezer was a workhouse. It's got little wear and tear cosmetic imperfections but makes up for it in function.

Family Time

The condo was clean. Easy to find. Perfect for us 3 adults. Wonderful balcony and beach view. Right across the street from a Alvin's Island, restaurants and other stores. Very accessible.

Nice and roomy

Nice condo and very friendly and attentive staff. Close to many restaurants and things to do. We left some personal items in the condo and they were able to get the items and were able to mail them to us. There were 5 people in our party and we had plenty of room. We would definitely stay there again.
