The Space:

Take your shoes off at the bench and come inside - this beach-themed condo has room enough for everyone to relax. Central air conditioning will help you stay comfortable within the sunshine-colored space. Take in the view of the shared outdoor pool (that guests can enjoy access to!) from the private balcony. The full kitchen features full-size appliances, as well as a helpful prep island and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy the spacious living room with plenty of seating and a decorative fireplace. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan for custom comfort while you wind down. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a lavish en suite bathroom with two sink stations, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub. In addition to the shared outdoor pool, guests can enjoy access to shared charcoal grills during their stay. Additionally, you'll be just a short walk on a private path to the private beach for sunny and sandy adventures!

Beach stay

This is an excellent property with lots of amenities. Although not right on the beach, there is access and it’s so beautiful. It’s in a great location on 30A - so quick and easy to get around.

Stayed here for Spring Break. It is a beautiful place with plenty of space for everyone. Love that it is part of a small complex. We had a great time.

Great Stay at Seagrove

This Seagrove condo was very beautiful and in a great location. It's an easy 5 minute walk to a private beach. The water is amazing, the sand is white and soft and there is always a cool breeze that blows. Would definitely rent this property again!

Surpassed our expectations!

The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the property itself was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The large master bath totally surprised us with its 3 sinks, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. We would totally stay here again. The only regret is that we didn't have more time.

Super nice property

This was a last min trip for the weekend and our first stay in this area. This property is beautiful! It was clean, nicely decorated and surprisingly spacious. The host had everything that we needed, including an air fryer. I'd packed up the house since we were traveling with the kids and didn’t need to. Easy beach access, gated and quiet community. Will definitely be staying again.

30A Stay

Our first vacation to FL Panhandle was nice! Condo was nice & roomy, though it could use a deep cleaning (rugs, cushions, pillows). And apparently, having private beach access is important! Who knew coastline AND beaches were sold off the to the rich?!?If you want somewhere quiet and private with a view of the coast…this isn’t for you. However, if you want easy access to restaurants & shopping, then this location is for you!!

Great experience!

This property was stunning! We had 8 people and slept so comfortably…the beds were like a cloud and everything was so clean! You have your own beach access which leads to a private beach area. The complex is small so the pool was never crowded, most of the time it was just us in there. Great location - very quiet - but a quick drive if you wanted to go to the more busy sections of 30A like Seaside. I honestly have zero complaints. We will definitely be back!

Great for friends vacation

The size, layout and location of this condo was perfect for our vacation with friends. We really enjoyed the private beach access. We rented bikes and the kids enjoyed riding bikes into town. The adults enjoyed golf carting around to shops and restaurants. We had a few issues with the condo during our week long stay and Vacasa was quick in responding. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and definitely recommend. Note for guests: The condo has no salt/pepper/coffee filters, etc… so bring anything you’ll need with you. Also, a wagon with BIG wheels is helpful for carrying gear to the beach.
