Inside, the open living room is flooded with natural light from the large sliding-glass balcony doors and features comfortable furniture, beautiful floors, and welcoming, beachy vibes. Perfect getaway

Perfect location. Just steps from the beach. The cash bar on the beach was very convenient as well! Overall the perfect short getaway for us.

Great Stay

There were a couple of tiny issues when we checked in, but we documented and text the concerns and received an immediate response from a Vacasa representative. The property exceeded our expectations and we will be sure to stay again if the property is available when we next visit Destin

Close to beach with great beach views

Close to the beach and has great beach views from the deck. We enjoyed the beach service. Kitchen and baths were nice and updated, could use some updating with the living room furniture and rug, but overall this is a nice condo in a nice gated community.

Great Location and View!

We loved the view from the balcony! It was a short walk to the beach and we rented chairs right in front of the walkway. Everything was as nice in person as it looked on the website. We enjoyed our stay very much . We plan on coming back!

First Family Vcay in Destin

We had a blast. It was the first time for my Daughter and our 4-year old grandson. They can't stop talking about how much fun they had, and when do we "reschedule" for next year.

Love Sandpiper Cove

This was our second trip to Sandpiper. Easy to walk to private beach. Chair and umbrella service. Staff is nice. Condo was nice and clean.

Unit 2128 August 2020

Such a perfect place to stay! We had a great stay in our condo. It was just my husband and myself so we didn’t use the pull out sofa, but the king size bed in our room was very comfortable and the large TVs were nice to have. It was very convenient having two bathrooms even though we only used the big shower. We will definitely come here again!

Gorgeous place and location

Our condo was gorgeous. Modern, clean, comfortable. Beautiful ocean view off deck. Fully stocked kitchen & baths. Even washer/dryer for sandy beach wear. Pool was a short walk away (as promised). Condo was easy to get to and close to food and entertainment. Perfect place to stay in Destin!

Peaceful week

My family and I really enjoyed our week in this condo. It was quiet, homey and had a beautiful view of the beach! The master shower was absolutely amazing and sooo relaxing! The property manager was easy to speak with and quick to respond once we noticed a small leak in the master bathroom. My only complaints about this unit is there were no extra trash bags and the toilet paper was so cheap that I wish I had brought my own.

Family Destin 2022

This was our 16th time to stay at SPC, and in condo #2128. We love it for its location, security, easy access to the beach. These being older condo's, the owner seams to always try to keep #2127/#2128 up to date. This year it was nice to see a Keurig in the kitchen, just another good gustier. The ice maker needs to be fixed, never worked during our stay. A few suggestions to keep this condo top notch: replace the carpet in the main area, and soon within the next few years for sure replace the mattresses. I would also consider upgrading the Frig. I know these are high end items, however this is one of the best condos at SPC, let's keep it FULL. We will be back. .

Family Beach Trip

We did a quick beach overnight on our drive home. This place was exactly what we wanted. It was spacious and fit our family if four just fine. Even though it only had one room the kids loved sleeping on the foldout sofa, which had a surprisingly comfortable mattress. It had two bathrooms, which was great and the master shower is amazing with multiple showerheads and lots of space. My only complaint was that one set of shades in the living room & outside light were broken, but neither of those were big deals. Also the master bedroom had the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on away from home.... wish more places had something like this. The beach was mere steps from the unit & so beautiful. We didn't stay long enough to have to deal with crowds on the beach, but I could tell with how many cabanas they were setting up that social distancing would be a challenge. Another thing to be aware of is that it's on the third floor, which I didn't realize, so be prepared to lug your stuff up. Last thing, other units had a rinse off station at the bottom of their stairs, but this one didn't. There's no "non-sand" way to get from the closest rinse off station to the unit, so be prepared to track in sand or devise a way to rinse your feet at the door. I would definitely recommend overall.
