The perfect spot for fishing enthusiasts, jet skiers, and group trips, this home features a private 27-foot boat dock (two boats allowed), water views, and room for the family dog, too (for a small nightly fee).















Just steps from the water and a short drive from restaurants and shopping, this home makes it easy to water ski, cast a line, or enjoy the local attractions. From the dock, Shell Island is only a 10-minute boat ride away.















The nautical ambiance welcomes you in and sets a relaxing tone. Make a tropical cocktail and head out onto the deck to take in the water views while the free WiFi streams some gentle island tunes. Make a delicious fresh catch dish in the kitchen, and then end the day out on the dock.

This is the third time we have stayed at this unit. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new countertop added since we were there 2 years ago. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have fans. Having salt and pepper, and a few more blankets in the house would be nice. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner in the house that can be used by the renters. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck and looking at the water, and taking walks in the neighborhood.It’s great that it is dog friendly, too. We hope to stay here again .

Neighborhood needs some tlc

House was clean, neat, and easy to access from the water. Power at the dick does not work. Water at dock worked. Older 2 story house, with access only to top floor. Entrance to the neighborhood is through a trailer park. Water access was at the marina boat ramp down the street easy and friendly. 30 to launch.

Nice place with a good view

We enjoyed our stay. The cleaning company was late coming but the property manager was quick to fix the problem and compensate us for the inconvenience. Water views are nice as well. We will stay again.

Great location and perfect place for fishermen

Stayed here last year and alot has been upgraded, still needs some work (bath tubs need some work as they dont drain well) and some of the kitchen supplies need replaced, do love the new deck, and porch swing, the cleaning station on the dock could use a new light (there was one last year but this year it was gone) we love the location and easy access of thr property and still plan to rent this house again in the future

Nice stay!

We were impressed by the cleanliness of this little home. This was a no frills home but very clean and nice location with an added benefit of being able to bring our little Yorkie. The washing machine doesn’t work well. We would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

Absolutely loved renting this house for our family vacation. My son and husband love to fish so with access to the bay and location, they were content with their fishing options while me and the girls tried to enjoy some beach time. No complaints related to the cleanliness of the property, it was clean and ready for us to unpack and unwind after our 9 hour drive. Will definitely rent again and recommend to others!

Good stay

The place is nice felt homey for sure. There could be improvements in the house itself but its nothing major major and it would have been nice to know that there are stairs to be taken as we had a senior . Overall it was nice the back view is great, quiet neighborhood.

Interesting property

The view on the harbor is amazing. The steps to get into the unit would be a problem for many people. Overall the home is a little dated but comfortable and it was very clean.

Other than the toiletries being less that’s in the rental agreement (which management company resolved) and some minor issues such as kitchen over sink light not working. It was an excellent stay
