The Space:

This condo has a splendid view of the pool and Tropical Garden and Oasis. Unit B212 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in tropical blues, corals, and earthy brown tones this home is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a sofa and loveseat, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, and a sitting area with a TV/DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great Place for kids!

This is our 4th year at Waterscape. We love this place! Pool keeps kids very entertained when beach and sand become too much.

Family vacation

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation with our 9 year old and 13 year old. My youngest enjoyed the bunk bed area and my teenage son enjoyed having his own room. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and having easy beach access. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean room with a great view! Close to the elevator and the pool. The beds were very comfortable! Staff was super helpful and let us checkin early. This was our second year at Waterscape and we will be back again!

Great for families

Fabulous condo with plenty of space. Property is perfect for families. Location close to elevator was ideal for us. We arrived after hours and finding the correct entrance from the deck was challenging but nothing major (maybe a heads up for new guests in the future). We will definitely be back!

Condo was nice but kitchen pots are in need of updating. Glad I brought pans, pots of my own.

The location was nice but being on 2nd floor was confusing for parking garage. Our only complaint was kitchen items...need updating!

Dated, Washer Dryer and Oven did not work.

If you are staying anytime soon, make sure the seaweed is gone from this beach. We have stayed at Waterscape in past, but this time the beach was disgusting (the reserved chairs were mostly empty) because the water is black from all the seaweed. I know this is not in the unit owner's control, but I would have never stayed here had we known. We went to Henderson State Beach just to see some clean water and actually swim. The pool was extremely overcrowded because of this. We would never have paid the $ we did for this room to not even spend time at the beach. The washer and dryer made horrid/unbearable screeching noises. Someone came look at it 3 diff times, but was not fixed while there. Def make sure these have been REPLACED if you need to actually do laundry during your trip. The beds are extremely high off the ground. My mom is older and was not even able to get in the bed of the room we had intended for her because of the height. The other bed was a bit lower, but this if you intend for young children to sleep in the king size beds think again. It would just be nice to know this prior to making the reservation. Bunk room tv control did not work/was replaced, but even then the TV only functioned with a DVD player. We did not know this & did not bring any DVD's so was useless for the kids in that room. Overall, the unit is really dated & just feels a bit grimy, cracks in the kitchen counter, baseboards not painted and coming apart at corners.
