Condo in Gulf Front Resort w Shared Amenities w Pool & Hot Tub

We’re thrilled to hear that you had an amazing stay, John! It sounds like the location of the unit really worked out well for your family, especially with easy access to the pool and beach. We’re glad the kids enjoyed the TVs in the bunk area too; it’s always nice to have a little entertainment for them. Thank you for bringing the minor issues to our attention. We appreciate your understanding, and we’ll make sure to look into the overhead light and the stove top. It’s great to know that these didn’t impact your overall experience. We would love to welcome you and your family back for another stay in the future!

Thank you, Christina, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet the high standards we strive for. It’s clear that we fell short in a few areas, particularly with the freezer noise and the cleanliness of the condo. That shouldn’t have happened, and we take your concerns seriously. We’re glad to hear that you found the communication before your stay to be great, but we regret that the follow-up during your visit didn’t match that level of service. Our goal is to ensure every guest feels supported and cared for, and it’s disappointing to know we missed the mark. We also understand how important it is for families to have a comfortable and clean space, especially for little ones. We will address the issues you mentioned regarding the master bed, the cleanliness, and the pull-out couch with our team to ensure improvements are made. Thank you for giving us a chance to address these matters. We hope you might consider staying with us again in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you and your family with a much better experience.

Thank you, Mitchell, for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that our responsiveness made your stay more enjoyable. Our local team is always here to help with any questions or recommendations, and it’s wonderful to know that you felt supported throughout your time with us. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would love to welcome you back for another stay in Fort Walton Beach whenever you're ready. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities!
