Perfect location!

First time to vacation in Fort Walton and we will be back! Waterscape was perfect for kids and our condo had a view of the pool area. Check in was easy and communication seamless.

Quiet and restful

Our family really enjoyed staying at this location. It is our second visit to this facility. The room was very clean and well furnished. There is easy access to the pools and beach. We felt very safe here both times.

Beautiful home and view

It was clean and pretty condo. The only issue was that the thermostat was a Nest one and required a password to change from heat to AC. We could not get anyone to change it until the next day so the condo was on heat the first day and night.

Long weekend-happy couple!

The resort was clean and we loved having beach chair service and the way they Set-up the chairs so everyone had a view of the water. I do wish there was a policy in playing music. Not everyone likes the same music & forcing others to listen to your selection is selfish. We would recommend more instruction given regarding parking. We figured out that driving up to the 6th level of the parking deck was much easier than navigating the bottom floor.

Overall good stay!

We traveled to waterscape for the first time, and there were 2 adults and a 3 year old. The location of this room gives you a view over looking the pools and the splash pad for kids. You can see the beach in the distance. The walk to the beach is easy and not far at all. Unfortunately, the water was freezing during our stay in the pools. We stayed the week of October 14-19. The room was very clean upon arrival. The provided toiletries were hotel style so would recommend bringing your own hand soap(small bar soap only provided) and toilet paper(very thin and rough). Also, need to bring your own blankets because none are provided. The room is located close to the parking garage making it easy to bring in luggage. The resort is great for kids and adults! Overall, we had a good stay!
