The Space:

This condo is stylishly decorated in peaceful blues and warm brown tones. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.



All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Had a great stay, really enjoyed the pools here!

My 1.5 really enjoyed the pools at this resort; they were clean and so much fun. The condo was exactly as described and clean and very comfortable.

Great Family Experience!

I absolutely loved this property. Cleanliness and great customer service are a top priority when I’m considering staying anywhere. This property hit the hammer on the nail with both, and it is very family oriented. It was nothing short of amazing!

Nice home to stay in

Place was clean. Big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen stocked. Very large bathrooms. Was peaceful sitting on the balcony and overlooking the beach.

Great location and property. The unit was really nice.

My only complaint was no lazy river, but that was due to a leak, so not really any complaint. Construction at the heated pool, but at least they were doing the upgrade. I really have no complaints. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful condo!

The resort is in a great location and the condo was wonderful! Very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The only negative is that the pools are not heated. We had a great time! Nice view, walking distance to food, coffee and shops, the beach service with 2 chairs is wonderful. We had great communication with Vacasa the entire time! All questions answered in a very timely manner and the staff was extremely helpful.

Tranquil

Description of the unit is accurate, beautiful and clean. Very minor issues: batteries for remote controls, limited amount of hangers for clothes and an inoperable DVD player in the master bedroom. All were quickly addressed by Vacassa with simple texts. Extremely effective and efficient. The office personnel, maintenance staff, and the housekeepers that I interacted with were all very professional and courteous. A pleasure to meet and converse with. We had Thanksgiving during our stay, all the necessities were available just as if we were home. Only thing is when we prepared the table place setting, there were some very dirty dishes put in the cabinets. I cant fault the owner or Vacassa on this. Also it would have been helpful to know the distance from the 6th floor parking garage to the actual unit. I was staying with my elderly parents and it was a long walk for them from the garage to this unit. Beautiful views and resort. Very enjoyable, we will be back. Thanks Vacasa for a job well done

VAcasa Waterscape A609

Love Waterscape. Rental was easy. Like the Vacasa app. Problem was that check in was at 4pm. We arrived after 5pm without a code to the gate. Parked in neighboring parking lot while I held on phone for a VAcasa attendant. While holding , I sent an email requesting the gate code for parking lot. At 5:52pm an email was sent with code. Upon arrival, there were crumbs on couch and possible chocolate ice cream stuck to couch There were crumbs and makeup stains on main bedroom dresser Utensils in drawer were dirty. 2 of the patio chairs had broken legs. I held for an hour in total Friday when we arrived to ask for cleaning crew and the gate code. Finally cleaned myself. During our stay the Door hinge pulled the casing trim away from the top of the door. This time VAcasa answered swiftly and sent someone fairly quickly to fix the situation. I did speak with the operator about the other concerns at this time as well to make sure all was documented. Booking and check out was a breeze. Check in would have been if gate code had been provided at 4pm. Loved our stay other than the cleaning, broken patio chairs etc.
