The Space:

This beachfront vacation rental centrally located and provides stunning Emerald Coast views. This coastal villa features an attractive living room, expansive private deck, upscale dining area, and spacious primary bedroom. You can enjoy an array of amenities including multiple shared pools (one heated seasonally), community hot tub, sundeck, easy beach access, Kids Club, and gym.



Panama City Beach is just the place for your next beach vacation, as it has recently been rated the second-fastest-growing vacation destination in the world. Wonderful time!

This was my first time staying at Seychelles and the experience was amazing! I will be back!!

I loved the view and the condo was really nice. The staff was extremely nice. The location is away from the busy traffic so it wasn't hectic and loud. The surrounded buildings wasnt that attractive so it made me question whether or not my choice to stay at Seychelles was a good choice but once you check in and see your room and the view all of my concerns went out the window!

Great Location

Great location. Love the easy access to Marina and St Andrews State Park. Unit is a tight fit for a family of 5 with little ones. Way too much furniture (end tables, bar carts, etc.). Every closet was stuffed to the gills with extra pillows, rugs, and basic junk you could hardly put anything away. Kitchen and unit need to be cleaned out of all old electronics that are shoved in every corner and a deep clean in the kitchen. Had to buy and ironing board because we need it to iron clothes for some beach pictures. That should be standard in every unit. Overall good unit but we ha e stayed in better in the same building.

Great location- Beautiful Decor- Needs to be updated and deep cleaned

The decor was beautiful, such a perfect theme for two young teenagers to visit and the location was PERFECT. Schooners is also perfect for great food and music, everything you can imagine is near by. Not to mention this area is not SUPER crowded. The down side and the only reason for giving 2 stars was the quality of the furniture (minus the sofa which looked fairly new). The beautiful bar stools & kitchen table chairs needed some work, a few were very loose, some bars were not connected making it unable to sit on. The bed frame was not connected to the bed which would tap the wall and the mattress was very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. My son tried to sleep on the sofa bed mattress, then later the bunk bed mattress but was also very uncomfortable. The sliding back door did not secure, the dryer needed to run 3 cycles to dry 4 regular sized towels. The ceiling fan in the bedroom, vents in bathrooms, and closet doors that stored the hot water heater and storage was corroded with thick dust. We stayed 3 nights and was not well rested for our 5 hour drive home which actually ended up 7 hours due to a few accidents along the way. This condo has GREAT potential it just needs a really good deep clean, new mattresses, and a few things to be fixed. I'd love to visit again the 7th floor is great!

Nice, but a few hassles

The resort property is nice. They have 2 pools, which were busy, but never too crowed to enjoy, and always very clean. Our unit was great on the surface. Kitchen was nicely stocked, as well as linens. All tile floors are understandable, but they really need more floor mats to wipe sand and moisture from feet. The only broom was in terrible shape, so we were stuck with sandy feet all week. Also, the king bed has a double size foam topper. It leaves a seam right down the middle of each side where 2 people sleep. It is odd to not provide the topper for the correct size bed, providing for uncomfortable sleep all week. Otherwise, the furniture was in good shape. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds. I recommend taking a fan, or some other noise maker to drown out noises from the kitchen and living room if kids plan to sleep at any time anyone else is awake. The balcony does not have a chaise lounge chair as pictured, but it does have the 2 tall chairs with table, and 4 small chairs with a little end table, providing plenty of seating for our party of 5. The seventh floor was just right, not too high, but not too low. The beach service was provided each day, which was nice, but you have to line up at 7:30 every morning and wait half an hour if you want to reserve a front row chair. That was a hassle compared to other PCB resort areas. The location is great, quiet end of beach away from traffic. Schooners right next door is a great place for walking up from the beach lunch.
