The Space:

This beautiful, third-floor, Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony doors in the living room leading out to a private 32-foot balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Your group's chef will love the kitchen and its extensive array of amenities. It features granite countertops and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals, a memorable feast is always possible. The entire condo has hardwood floors with the exception of tile in the bathrooms.



The bathrooms have upgraded fixtures, cabinets, and decor with marble and stone accents. The primary bathroom is upgraded with a tiled jetted tub and a separate, large walk-in shower. The living room has a sofa with a smart TV and DVD player. The primary bedroom has a TV and DVD player as well as doors leading to the balcony. The guest bedroom has custom bunk beds and a queen bed. Both the second and third bedrooms also have a TV and DVD player, with the third bedroom having a VCR.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

Family vacation was perfect in every way! The weather, the beach and this condo! Wasn’t one thing they got wrong or was missing from communication to what was stocked and ready for our use. The beds and bedding were so comfortable as was the furniture. The rooms were decorated so beautifully and the furniture inside and out were not only comfortable but quality and family friendly. Loved the patio! Big and such nice comfortable chairs. High top set, rockers and 2 lounge chairs! Something for everyone. Loved this place and hope to return soon!

It was perfect size! Internet didn’t work because it was not plugged in. Other than that, it was perfect. We were able to do laundry and repeat our activities daily.

Great family vacation

We loved this property. The location was excellent. The condominium was very close with easy access to the beach. The view was wonderful. My favorite part was the included beach service for each day.

Great Spot

We enjoyed the ease of the entire stay. Great location and well-kept property. The only issue - clogged garbage disposal- was quickly resolved. We would gladly stay there again.

Great property right on the beach...

Great property! Tons of space for the whole family. Patio overlooks the ocean and the beach is just steps away. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

Very clean and spacious

3rd floor, 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. It was great having a bathroom in each room. The balcony was wonderful and big enough for our group of 8.

Beautiful condo

Great location with beautiful views. Nice big porch for everyone to enjoy. Easy to check in and out. Only drawback was the master tub had no hot water. Not sure why since every other faucet was fine. The master bed was very comfortable. The other mattresses were a little soft but the condo was clean and very beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Family Vacation

Renting this was very easy, all the codes and things came to my phone number and email. As well as being available on the Vacasa app. Came with plenty of towels and wash rags in each bathroom. Our only complaints was that the room was not that clean. Looking at it yes, it looked good. But walking around our feet would be black from the floors. The other complaint, was that the pool was freezing! If you go in a hotter month it’d be ok, but being april it was way too cold. Other places advertised a heated pool. I do not think this one is. Overall was a really nice place to stay. We’d definitely stay again.

Girls Trip

This is a nice condo , I have never booked with a company before, I love using private owners . So I want everyone to know the communication is excellent. When I called the 800 number the gentleman listened patiently and our issue was fixed . The text messages was detailed and a response was issued fast as well as a follow up asking if we had anything more . I didn’t give five stars because there should be information about the property inside the condo . We finally found a sign on a wall of a hallway heading to the beach . There is a nice tv displaying a little information but not much. Housekeeping is good but please pay attention to detail cleaning . Great location! five stars to the customer service ! Five stars to the friendly staff ! Condo is very nice great views !

Could use some repairs.

Had to call for repairs on the tub and shower drains.... would not drain and they only fixed two of the three, left one still clocked and broken plunger. The dryer needs lint tub cleaned blows lint out the vent and gathers at door. The toilet seats shift and are loose and under furniture was dust and hair. Want mention the master bed rails but someones action in the bed has dried up on the rails. That was nasty to see from the chair. The jet tub when you used blew out black mold from the jet ports so that was nasty to see floating as you went to get in. Thats about it.... maybe hire a better cleaning company.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was our fourth year in Fort Walton, and hands down the ONLY condo we would absolutely stay at for a second time. It was our family’s favorite vacation yet. Pros: Gorgeous! The most wonderful condo we’ve ever been in. t’s incredibly nice, and very homey. First time I’ve stayed somewhere and didn’t feel homesick. The beds weren’t too bad. It’s away from the elevator. The condo actually has our same couch, but tan. So that was a cool touch. The beach service dude was super cool and always helpful to everyone. The unit was very clean upon entering. This was the first place I’ve stayed where I didn’t feel worried about everything I touched. It is also updated and decorated throughout the unit, and done very well. Cons: The AC thermostat was locked and wouldn’t go below 68, and the kids room stayed HOT. Washing machine was broken, so the rinse cycle would slam extremely loud. There are two large pictures on the wall when you walk in the master bedroom of who I’m assuming owns the condo. It felt weird walking up to the pictures every time I went into the bedroom. The living room dvd player did not work. Overall, great rental. Highly recommend.

Nice condo + greal location but NO Amenities/ stuff broken

We arrived with 2 teens, 2 parents and 2 grandparents (6 total) for a 5 night stay in the condo- We flew in and arrived at 8am- We were given a 4pm check-in time so we made due with the day as much as we could- until about 2pm- and we checked periodically to see if the unit was cleaned and ready for us as my parents had medications that needed to be refrigerated. We saw the unit had been cleaned and staff was finished, so we asked to be let into the property at that time. They did accommodate us to enter the unit about 1 hour early. When we got into the unit it was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The amenities for the beach however were lacking. The unit does come with 2 chairs and an umbrella daily from the vendor at the beach. The unit had 2 chairs, 2 boogie boards, and a few sand toys. One of the chairs was rusted out and broken so it could not be used. There were no other supplies (umbrella, cooler, beach towels, cart, etc). We had to spend over 100$ at Ross for towels, etc PLUS spend another 50$ per day on renting 2 more chairs and 1 umbrella for each day. The beds in the unit were rock hard, I couldn't sleep on that bed in the master one more night. The fan in the master bedroom was broken, the toilet seat hinge was broken off in the master bath and during our stay while my dad was sitting in one of the patio rockers, the arm rest broke right off. I would recommend the complex, but maybe a different unit- disappointed esp given the cost!

Nice condo...after we cleaned it.

I'm a local and flew my family in from other states for a beach trip. The glowing 5-star reviews are the reason I chose this condo. At first glance, everything looked clean and in good condition. Once we started "living" in the condo for a bit, it became clear that the place was filthy. After 30 minutes, my crawling one-year-old niece was covered in black dirt. The adults' feet were also covered in black nastiness. We vacuumed, swept and mopped, which helped a little. The rugs were still stained and icky. The master bathroom shower had black mildew in the grout, which we were able to easily wipe off, so there was really no excuse for housekeeping to miss it. There was also a disgusting wad of hair caked to the shower wall. There was garbage from previous tenants left on the patio. Dishes were left in the dishwasher and we couldn't tell if they were clean. Management offered to clean the unit, but we were already occupying the place and didn't want random people in there with us. It should have been clean when we arrived. Ultimately, the cleaning fee was refunded, which I appreciated, but the damage was done. I paid a LOT for four nights (fees and taxes are ridiculous), and I definitely didn't expect to be embarrassed by the condo I'd picked for my family. Also, two weeks before check-in, I got an email informing me that there would be construction affecting the "B stack" of condos (no idea what the "B stack" is) and noise was possible starting at 8am. Two weeks didn't give me enough time to book something else, and flights had already been purchased. I made the reservation two month is advance, so I should have been informed sooner. Noise started at 7am and woke us up every morning. Baby naptime was impossible with the noise. The twin beds sag and squeak. Fine for kids, but this old lady is in pain after four nights of sleeping in a taco shell. That being said, the condo is nicely furnished, spacious, well-equipped and everything is in good working order. The patio and view are amazing, and the beach chair service is super efficient and friendly. All in all, it wasn't a disaster, but I won't stay at another Vacasa property again. There are too many others to choose from.
