We’ve stayed in St Tropez community for the past 3 years. Each time we have a pleasant stay. This home was beautiful, quiet, clean and cozy! We were close to the community pool and to the beach access, restaurants, and shopping. We had a wonderful time. Check in was easy and communication was top notch. Would recommend this beautiful property and community to anyone who is looking for a stress free beautiful place to stay. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great job!

The grill doesn't really work well and the kitchen fridge can't open all the way for the island being too close. Other than than we had a great stay at this property

Very beautiful house with plenty of room to cook, hangout, relax, or whatever else you want to do. Fun restaurant across the street. Easy drive to all kinds of activities. Pool is amazing as well.

The house was beautiful and very maintained it had everything you could need if you wanted to cook. The master bedroom up stairs was gorgeous the view very nice. The other balconies views were nonexistence the palm tree and shrubs block the view. You have to use the door and not the sliding door in order to get outside on the balcony on the second level. This home sleeps 10 people but only has 2 full bathrooms if you have small kids or teenagers upstairs with you they have to come in your bedroom in order to use the bathroom . The description says private pool but it’s a community pool a little disappointing but it was still nice.. overall a great home I would stay again but on the ground level so I don’t have to walk so many stairs to get to the bedroom

Perfect Location

We have stayed at several homes in this neighborhood and by far this was the best. The home was clean and communication with the property management team was easy. I would definitely recommend this property!!

The property itself was in a great location with easy access to the beach and in a very nice community. The house while being nice had lots of wear and tear and is bare minimum. They provide zero beach chairs, umbrellas etc -- the patio furniture on the 3 balconies is very minimal and one floor had none at all. Lightbulbs were out and flickering on all floors. Balcony door was very hard to open and close. No crab cracker tools at a beach house to crack our crab leg dinner. The worst part isn't the home it's the Avari Property Management Company. It's not local and good luck getting help outside of foreign call centers. We had a mandatory evacuation 2 days early for hurricane Isaias, and the management company even sent emails that we had to leave. When we requested a refund, we went in rounds and rounds with multiple different online agents being told no at first but then said yes due to it being mandatory. They wouldn't tell us when to expect the refund though and after days had passed and no refund, we inquired again to be told we weren't getting a refund because there wasn't a mandatory evacuation. There absolutely was, and they even sent an email in writing that there was. The amount of conflicting emails we have gotten from Avari would make your head spin and almost make you laugh if it wasn't so infuriating. This is a big box greedy fraudulent company that is all about money and cares ZERO about customer service or guest safety. BEWARE OF AVARI managed homes!!!

Excellent

We have been coming down for many many years. Staying in St Tropez for the last 4. We absolutely loved this house. Its been updated since our last stay and we love it. We definitely recommend staying here. Plenty of room for a large party. Great customer service as well ! We give this a 10/10.

Beautiful plus a view

The house was lovely, just as beautiful as the pictures. The living room and kitchen were open so easy to visit while preparing meals. The large windows/patio doors provided great view of the water. Master bedroom had same opportunity for view plus a balcony on this level as well. Three stories with spiral staircases. Very comfortable for our family of nine.

Looks nice on surface but has issues

This is the fifth home I have rented in this gated neighborhood. The property looked nice on the surface but it has multiple issues which negatively impacted the stay: 1- Significant size hornet nest on both second and third level balconies. This prevented us from using the area. 2 - Lights in primary bedroom were unplugged and would not work when plugged in. 3 - Carpet in main Living Room was dirty. 4 - No cable or TV channels provided. Everything was app only on the TV and we were not supplied with any log in information to access. 5 - primary bed was stiff and uncomfortable. 6- Wand in jetted tub did not work. 7 - Water pressure was very weak.
