The Space:

This magnificent condo has a view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues, greens, and earthy brown tones, this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. The unit has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room has a TV and DVD player. There is a half bath located off the main hallway near the bunk alcove. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath, TV, and DVD player. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and DVD player. this home has a laundry room with stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. The facility has WiFi throughout all three buildings.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

The view was amazing! There is so much to do right there at the Waterscape. The rooms are just as pictured and everything was clean and check in smooth. I did not realize the balcony did not wrap all the way around, which would have been nice, but the views were still amazing! The outside furniture is a bit older and worn, but mostly usable. The washer and dryer are a bit loud, not sure if they need attention or if it is just because they are right in the main part of the unit; just plan around others sleep schedules

This condo was absolutely beautiful and convenient for either the beach or pool.

This was a great place to stay. Super nice and the staff was amazing with any questions you might have during the stay. We will definitely do this condo again. Great family vacation and made some wonderful memories.

Family Beach trip

Excellent! Condo was great and very clean. Walking from the parking garage was a little long especially with two toddlers. We had to wait 45 minutes after the 4:00 check in time because the condo was not ready.

The views were amazing. Condo was clean and well stocked. Only complaint is the mattress on queen bed is so hard and very uncomfortable. Pillows need to be replaced. Hard and flat.

Unobstructed , breathtaking beach/ocean view. Beautiful. Super clean. Interior hallway carpeted & furnished. Steps from elevator to pool/beach. W/D. All 3 bedrooms open to porch. Every room has flat screens (even the bunks). Comfy living rm swivel rockers make morning coffee a spiritual experience.

Breathtaking View

Views are amazing, had issues with washer, found a pot of oil in the oven, -these were addressed by management. We wanted a late checkout- first ok’d then denied. Communication between property management might be an issue. Frustrating- changed flight plans- not a fun way to end the trip.

Awesome experience beautiful room I did not like that customer service was not available after 530. I did have a bed with stained linens and we were not able to sleep in the bed that night because they look filthy. We were not able to get sheets until the next morning.Other than that everything was amazing.

Half of view.

Overall the condo was good. I rented the oceanfront condo for my wife’s 40th birthday which obviously cost most than other condos in the complex to be severely disappointed when half of the blinds on the windows looking out to the ocean we’re missing the string and would not retract up. The whole point of spending extra money for ocean front is to enjoy the views. I made a call to the front desk on day one, was told a work order was put in. Later in the evening no one showed up, so I made another call. Was told the same thing a work order was placed. The following day I received a call asking how my stay was going, I replied good other than the lack of view because of inoperable blinds. She said she would have someone check into it. Well the end of our trip came and no one ever showed up. It was extremely disappointing to pay a lot of money for an oceanfront condo and not be able to enjoy the views. I ended up using some string to try and hold up the blinds to be able to get a better view. Which at the cost of renting the condo I should not have had to do. Overall the condo complex was very nice, kids enjoyed the pools and the beach. Not sure if I would come back, concerning that when an issue arises there doesn’t seem to be anyone that wants to help.
