Arkadia is a simply furnished villa with Mallorcan charm. It offers wonderful panoramic views and a large, natural garden. There is no pool, but there is direct access to the refreshing sea via a ladder built into the rocks. Access to the rocks via the stairs is easy for adults; children must be careful and supervised by adults. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 renovated bathrooms, a simply equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area. From here, French doors lead to the beautiful terrace with its fantastic sea view.

The house boasts a large, natural garden with mature pine trees that provide welcome shade on hot summer days. On the lovely, partially covered sun terrace, you can enjoy the breathtaking view. There is also a dining table, perfect for enjoying meals, and four sun loungers are available .
