The Space:

Enjoy your next Gulf Shores getaway at this sun-kissed delight. This location is ideal for relaxation, rejuvenation and of course plenty of beach fun! A short walk will lead you to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful blue water and white sand. Inside this condo, you can prepare anything from hot breakfast to full-course dinners in the well-equipped kitchen.



Kick back and relax, binge-watching your favorite shows or movies on the three cable TVs. Step outside onto your furnished covered balcony for fresh morning air with your coffee. In the evening, enjoy drinks and peaceful lagoon views. While relaxing on-site, take advantage of one of two shared pools after spending a day at the beach. Wash your swimsuits with the in-unit washer/dryer. You can also fire up one of the three shared charcoal grills and enjoy a family cookout complete with several recently updated picnic tables.



Want to venture out for some fun? This condo is one mile from the family-friendly entertainment at The Hangout, where there are plenty of food choices and live music. Need to make a quick run to the store? Just steps out of your door you'll find Pier 33, a local convenience store that has all the knick-knacks you may need.



This condo is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts due to its close proximity to opportunities for parasailing, ziplining, jet skiing, diving, and so much more! Beach access is just a short walk away, (the gulf-front beach public access point just down West Beach Boulevard), so be sure to pack plenty of sunscreen. Nearby you'll also find several kid-friendly activities such as the Gulf Coast Zoo, mini-golf courses, go-kart race tracks, and OWA Amusement Parks and Resort. If you are looking to do some deep-sea fishing, head up the road and there are plenty of options to take you out to catch your daily limit of redfish, flounder, and speckled trout.

The owner has an exterior camera above the front door.

An outdoor shower is provided near the pool.

Please make sure you only use the public beach access points. The nearest public beach access points on West Beach Boulevard are located at West 10th St and West 6th St.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

I would stay in this condo again.

My family has been coming to Gulf Shores for 5 years now to play baseball in the World Series. I would stay in this condo again. Easy checking in and out. Perfect location to get to everything. The condo was clean and comfortable for my family.

Excellent stay. An easy walk to the beach. Easy driving to Gulf State Park, Fort Morgan and Perdido Key. Had a minor problem with a leaky faucet that they fixed right away. It would be a little crowded with 6 people, but for a couple it's ideal.

Quiet Gulf Shores Building

We stayed for 4 nights in this condo. The building is quite large but very quiet. The condo was homey, well stocked and had comfortable beds. The management company was great with excellent communication . Don't be afraid to book this condo!

I like VRBO

Our stay was great as far as location, overall condition of condo. There was a very strong musty, mildew odor that caused everything we brought to smell- our clothes, luggage, food baskets, game boxes etc. We tried to call management with a question (a couple times) but never got through to anybody despite waiting on hold over 15 minutes. I would definitely try Vacasa again because the rest of the stay was great!

Nice enough place to stay

The condo is showing its age a little, but it was a nice enough place to stay for the weekend for a couple couples or a small group of friends. The beds were very comfortable and clean and bedding was provided for the couch. The kitchen came stocked with ample dishes and glassware, but if you intend to cook a meal, you might need to bring what you need. I don't remember seeing salt and pepper even, but I could be wrong. We only stayed one night and ate out that night and then came back to hang out and do a puzzle while we caught up. The remote control in the master bedroom did not appear to work, and I was unable to turn on that TV. My main complaint though was with communication with the rental agency and the check-in process. Several messages were sent without answer for several hours. Supposedly, the owner did not allow checking in anytime before the 4p check-in time even though there did not appear have been any renters the day (or more) before. The informational email did not include the combo to get into the condo. So I had to call the rental agency and go through a process to get the code to enter, and the person I talked to seemed to be put out to provide help. Overall, the price was good for winter months when there isn't as much to do while it's cold out, but I would question the price in the summertime. Keep in mind that parking is somewhat of a hidden cost as well and may change based on season. It was about 26/car for us, and that could cover multiple days.
