The Space:

Waking up to the sound of the crashing waves is definitely the best therapy in the world and you're about to experience that and so much more at this Gulf front, ninth-floor condo! Admire the green emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico first hand from your private balcony, which also boasts a convenient outdoor dining area and a comfortable seating area. The living area is a great place to unwind indoors with comfortable furnishings and a TV with cable and streaming services. Show off your cooking skills and surprise the group with your special dish thanks to the well-equipped kitchen! Offering all the essential appliances, including a coffee maker and a dishwasher, cooking will be a breeze. Share meals and conversation at the dining table and breakfast bar.



The bedroom has its own TV with cable and streaming services and an en suite full bathroom with a tub/shower. This condo also offers a stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Additionally, guests will be granted access to shared pools (heated, indoor, outdoor, children's pool), hot tub, sauna, tennis court, basketball court, fitness center, charcoal grills, and pool spa.

2 day getaway

Short stay on our way to Florida. Location was great and condo was exactly as described. Only negative was the extensive remodeling underway on the lobby and the building itself is showing its age and needs some updates.

The condo was ok. The decor was mismatched. The kitchen cabinets were missing a lot of nobs. The AC was like loud. The bed was really bad & needs replacind. There were parts sunken in and othe parts were lumpy it needs replacing. Ive stayed in Phoenix 4 & 3. In thus one I could hear neighbors on all sides. Luckly it was slower because school was back in session.

Everything went smoothly with renting this property. Did forget to include door code but responded immediately. Condo is roomy and well decorated.

Clean condo in a great location

We loved our stay at Phoenix V! Updated lobby, big pool, new splash pad for kids, and a very short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and had a great balcony view from the 9th floor. Well stocked kitchen. Loved that the living room tv swiveled, as we watched a football game from the balcony with the tv turned towards us. Will stay here again!

Perfect!!

Everything was great!! Water pressure in the shower was lacking and the tub took forever to drain, but didn’t affect our stay. The views from the balcony and the direct access to the perfect beach made up for any minor complaints we may have had.

Very nice unit. Great view of the beach via the many glass windows/doors across the back of the unit. Common areas of the condo complex could use some updating and maintenance. Complex has great amenities and access to the beach.

Had a gteat family trip

We had an amazing time condo was awesome...however had to call because tv in room didnt work and toilet in bathroom was leaking the seal was on the toilet was td after hours so would be the next day but didnt want anyone in condo without someone there was on vacation missed the guys call he entered the condo and fixed tv and toilet...and the day we were leaving had to put a call in that the garbage diaposal didnt work. Other than thosr minor things it was great Famy had an amazing time.

Would not stay here again

Check in process was terrible. Needed 3 different codes to get in. Kitchen horribly stocked, no potholders, no cork screw, bedroom lamp broken, bathroom sink stopper was broke, dryer knob is broke, no scissors, minimal pans to cook in, outside of refrigerator looked like it has never been wiped down. Very disappointing.

Quick trip to the beach

Loved the condo. Very clean and beautiful view of the ocean. I will definitely stay again. The only thing I would recommend is getting the door stopper fixed. We have to constantly fiddle with it when we were leaving or coming in. We almost got stuck when the door was accidently opened with the safety device still on the door, because the door stopper dropped and then we could not get either disengaged. But over all, that was minor and condo was great.

Good quick stay

Stayed here for a 2 night stay as we looked to purchase a home in lillian. Condo was nice and clean no issues. View was great. TV's and Internet work (issue we have had at some places). Due to off season it was as cheap to stay here than a hotel. If it wasnt for the parking pass that you had to purchase (55.00) I would have gave it 5 stars. That was not disclosed in the condo profile and would have been nice to know. Wasnt shown this until I got my confirmation. I normally stay in in Perdido Key and your parking pass is on the table when you walk in and is included. But other than that, no complaints.

Love Phoenix v

Clean and updated. So appreciated having laundry soap, would have liked a few coffee filters on hand but was ok. We didn’t have chairs for the beach and non available to rent. Just a thought to have some available with condo and some of the things that renters would like, nets for shell hunting as if renters buy them can’t get them home on a plane. Just a suggestion. We would have been happy to rent or pay small deposit to use.

Property Management Not Good

The breakdown between the property management company and Vacasa was clumsy at best. There were also tons of unsupervised kids running around the hotel, and we were bothered twice to see if those kids were ours. Overall unimpressed with the property management company.

Fantastic ocean view!

We absolutely loved the ocean view from the balcony. We stayed the first week of November so it was very quiet. That was wonderful! The amenities at Phoenix 5 were really nice! You don’t really need to leave the property. We very much enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, played tennis, basketball and racket ball. The outdoor pool looked wonderful and others were enjoying it but we mostly swam in the ocean. The condo was very nice and mostly everything was very clean. My only complaints would be the couch needed shampooed as there was several spots, and all the light fixtures could use dusted. I will note, I mentioned this to Vacasa on check in and they offered to have the couch shampooed during our stay, which we declined, but appreciate the quick response to resolve any issues. I would recommend the king mattress be replaced as it squeaked every time I rolled over during the night and I am not a heavy person. The bathroom cabinets were broke and could use a little attention. I just used the left side door which was working fine. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, bowls etc that met our needs, but bring your own salt, pepper, cooking spray, etc if you will do any cooking. Would be a nice very inexpensive extra to have at this condo. Not a deal breaker for sure and we would definitely stay again.
