The Space:

Located directly on the soft, white sand beaches of Orange Beach in the Palm Beach condo complex, this spacious, sunlit condo offers you and your guests views of the Gulf from every room as well as access to a host of fantastic complex amenities such as two outdoor pools (one of which is heated), a convenient grilling station, a fitness center, and direct beach access. Discover a number of popular attractions in the area including the Gulf State Park Pier, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Perdido Key State Park, all within 10 miles of your door. Don't miss the concerts that happen throughout the spring, summer, and fall at the Wharf Amphitheater just six miles north.



This fourth-floor condo has been fully updated with fresh paint and new floors and boasts a furnished balcony accessible from both the living area and the main bedroom. The well-equipped kitchen is compact but comes with all the accessories and stainless steel appliances needed to prepare meals for everyone in your group. Dine at the adjacent table indoors or enjoy alfresco meals out on your balcony or in the shared picnic area.

My wife and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary. We’ve always stayed at Phoenix resorts in the past when visiting so I was a little nervous booking this unit initially but I was impressed! This turned out to be our favorite spot we’ve stayed at in our 10 years of visiting the area! Great location, close to everything directly on the beach. The resort was clean and well kept, parking pass was done easily on our phones before arrival, I enjoyed the fact that the resort was smaller than other resorts we’ve previously stayed at as it was much less crowded. The unit itself was nice. Tall ceilings and a ton of natural light made it feel bigger than what the square footage suggests. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Balcony is on the small side but was fine for 2 people. Unit was clean unless you looked for stuff; ie - I dropped something between the the counter and refrigerator and had to pull the refrigerator out a little to retrieve it and it was obviously that cleaning under/behind the fridge hadn’t been done in a long time. Bed was comfy and had a view of the ocean. Couch, while comfy was on the small side for me. I’m 6’2 so I wasn’t able to stretch out on the couch after a day of getting sunburnt and stuffing myself at local restaurants. There’s room to reconfigure and add a larger couch, even a L shape couch if desired. Master bathroom was huge and had good water pressure with a lot of counter top space. We will definitely book again in the future!
