The Space:

This spacious, Gulf front condo is centrally-located in Orange Beach. With space for up to eight lucky beachgoers, this rental features a private, furnished balcony, a spacious and comfortable living area and dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Guests of this Summerchase condo will also enjoy on-site deluxe amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, fitness room, and convenient beach access.

If you're looking to play a few rounds of golf, bring your clubs and check out Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club, just 14 miles away. Do a little shopping at SanRoc Cay Marina, only two miles from your front door. For exciting outdoor adventures, walk through Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, 18 miles from your rental, or hit the biking and walking trails at Gulf State Park, only a mile away. And for dining options, Cobalt, GTs on the Bay, and Villaggio Grille are all popular, local restaurants.

Overall the condo was very nice and well put together. Little things around the condo could have been fixed to make a better experience. We only stayed 1 night for a quick getaway but we would definitely stay again.

Amazing!!

Best beach vacation ever. Beaches were super clean. Not crowded at all stores and restaurants were within a couple miles. Walgreens across the street was nice also. Definitely would stay again!!

The property was exactly as listed, the condo was perfect for our family of 5! We had a great week on the Gulf. Building is in a great location and provided everything we needed! We can’t wait to go back!

Great beach and excellent condo

407 was very well updated and very spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed and was very well maintained. Beach views were amazing from the balcony. It was perfect for my family of four. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy the lovely Orange Beach area.

We loved the condo. Fairly large and the furniture and decor was very nice. The beach area was not overly crowded. Location was wonderful. Our only complaint is the floors were dirty. After walking barefoot for 30 minutes the soles of our feet were black. This was also an issue for our family in another condo in same building, so this would be an issue with cleaning company. Aside from this, our visit was wonderful.

Family vacay

Kitchen could have been stocked with more pots and utensils but the rest of the condo was great. Loved not having high rise condos next door which made for less crowded beaches. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t have to contact the manager. Overall great trip. Would stay here again.
