The Space:

Step into the backyard and breathe in the calm of this private outdoor space before heading out to explore. Evenings feel unrushed here, whether you're settling in after a long day or taking a moment to enjoy the screened-in patio.



Sleeping arrangements

This home offers 4 bedrooms designed for comfort, including three spacious Queen bedrooms that sleep two in each and one King bedroom. Two full bathrooms support your stay, including a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Fresh towels, clean sheets, and other essentials are provided, along with clothing storage, hangers, and an iron for convenience.



Kitchen & dining

An open kitchen creates a natural gathering place, featuring stainless steel appliances, a stove, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. With ample room for preparing delicious meals, you can enjoy the ease of cooking at home during your stay. A free washer and dryer are available in the home, making extended stays or washing up after a busy day simple.



Living spaces

The bright, airy layout gives you room to relax across common areas. A Smart TV and free Wi-Fi support both entertainment and remote work, while air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort year-round. The private entrance and smart lock offer smooth self check-in.

The backyard provides an open space usually covered in grass, ideal for spending peaceful evenings. A screened-in patio extend your options for unwinding. With free parking for up to four vehicles and a spacious 2-car garage, you have plenty of room for both parking and storage. The garage also includes an EV charger, allowing you to charge your electric vehicle on the property.

The home is equipped with a smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm, along with bathroom essentials and cleaning products. High speed Wi-Fi and faster streaming capabilities enhance connectivity throughout your stay.

Located right off S Orange Ave and near the lake, this home places you close to major Orlando attractions, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The I-4 freeway is minutes away, making commuting and short drives to nearby attractions simple and efficient.

Located right off S Orange Ave and near the lake, you'll be just minutes from top shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Plus, with easy access to the I-4 freeway, commuting is a breeze.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around would be by car. Don't forget to turn on the "Avoid Tolls" option on your GPS to avoid expensive toll charges!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
