We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. In response to prior guest feedback, blackout curtains were installed on June 23, before your stay, so the bedrooms now have curtains for privacy and light control. There were also two towels provided in each of the two bathrooms, along with additional towels available in the linen closet. Detailed directions for locating and accessing the property were provided in the pre-arrival information. We understand that finding an unfamiliar property can sometimes be challenging, and we continually work to make those instructions as clear as possible. Regarding the dryer, we were not aware that there was an issue during your stay. Had we been contacted, we would have been happy to address the lint filter and investigate the drying time while you were there. The same applies to any other concern that may arise. Our pre-arrival messaging specifically asks guests to reach out to the host during their stay if they have questions, encounter an issue, or need anything. Doing so gives us the opportunity to respond and resolve concerns in real time rather than learning about them after departure. We appreciate the feedback regarding the exterior of the property, We take guest comments seriously and will continue to evaluate and make improvements.
