Basic toiletries, kitchen essentials, and laundry pods are provided as initial supplies. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during extended stays.

We love Florida and everything it has to offer, especially its wildlife.

Despite our thorough cleaning practices and regular pest control efforts, ants and palmetto bugs occasionally make their way inside. To help prevent this, be sure to close doors, clean up after cooking and eating, store food properly, rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher, and empty the trash regularly.

These pests tend to be particularly active in Florida during the rainy season and the hot, humid months, which can occur year-round.

No hair coloring or hair dye use inside the condo.
This includes all dyes, bleach, and toners. Violations will result in a $100 fine plus any additional cleaning or replacement costs for any damaged items.
Pool hours 8am-10pm
Quiet hours 9pm-9am

-Primary guest must be of at least 25 years of age as of the check in date.
-All guests must be listed on site at time of booking or site/booking amended if changed prior to check in date.
-Maximum Occupancy is 6 guests.
-By booking this condo, guest agrees to abide by the rental rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the rental rules at all times while at the property.
-Guest shall allow Homeowner, or their agents, access to the property for purposes of pest control, repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
-Guest is responsible for removing trash from the home during their stay and leaving the home as it was upon arrival.
-RV’s, trailers, boats, buses, etc. are NOT allowed into the Windsor Palms Resort. If you are traveling with such, please make arrangements for storage during your stay at the resort. There is absolutely NO parking on the grass of any type of vehicle. The properties have inground sprinkler systems and any damage of same from a Guest’s actions will need to be taken from the security deposit. Motorcycles are not allowed in condo or clubhouse parking areas.
