Dos Pinos is a spacious house in a prime location, just 400 meters from the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Esmeralda and 550 meters from the sandy cove of Cala Gran. The center of Cala D’Or, with its lively pedestrian zone, a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars with live music, as well as shops and boutiques, is 700 meters away. The exclusive Cala D’Or marina, with its excellent restaurants overlooking the yachts, is a 5-minute drive away. Cala D’Or offers a variety of water sports. Golf enthusiasts will find the Vall D’Or Golf course a 10-minute drive away.

Dos Pinos is a large house, perfect for a family or a group of friends. The house features two living rooms. From the entrance, you enter a bright living room, followed by a second living/dining room with access to the outside. The kitchen adjoins the living and dining area and is well-equipped. From here, you have access to the pool area. Three bedrooms complete the ground floor. Two offer two single beds each, and the third has a double bed. The three bedrooms share two shower rooms. A staircase leads to the upper floor with two further bedrooms. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.

At the front of the house, a well-maintained Mediterranean garden welcomes you. The pool (6.5 m x 3 m, minimum depth 1.10 m, maximum 1.90 m) and a large terrace are located at the rear of the house. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers. There is a lawn area and two large pine trees that provide natural shade on hot summer days. Under a wooden pergola, you will find the outdoor dining area with a table and chairs. Here you can enjoy meals prepared on the built-in barbecue. A ping-pong table offers some sporting fun. Next to the pergola is the utility room with a washing machine.

The terrace features sun loungers. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available 24 hours a day.
