Parking: No Dedicated Parking

This bungalow apartment is located in epicenter of restaurants, shops and bars so parking is at premium. If you do bring a vehicle, there is free street parking on Adams St. and the surrounding blocks. Due to the popularity of this location, weekends may require parking several blocks away. Make sure to read all street signs. We are not liable for any parking violations.

Please note that this is an apartment-style complex located in a lively area with restaurants and a bar downstairs nearby. During their business hours, there may be noise and activity that is outside of our control.

Additionally, because this is apartment-style living, you may occasionally hear neighbors or normal community noise through the walls at times. If you are highly sensitive to noise or looking for a very quiet environment, this may not be the best fit for your stay. We also provide ear plugs and a sound machine in all units.

House Rules
- Parties/Events: To maintain the tranquility of our neighborhood, parties or events are not permitted. The home enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $500.

MODERATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days prior to arrival. No refund after that. We do not make exceptions to this, for any reason, including weather, illness, or other circumstance that interrupts your travel (whether it is within your control or not), and do not accept date changes. Therefore, we always advise that guests purchase travel insurance for their trip, just in case!

- Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. Noise complaints could lead to cancellation and eviction.

- Occupancy: The property accommodates a maximum of 12 guests. The number of people on the property must not exceed the confirmed guests on your reservation. This policy is in place for your safety and insurance purposes. Any people more than this, will be charged $65 per any extra guest per night past 12, AND any undeclared guest in the reservation. Also these people will automatically be vacated for trespassing, and they will be forced to leave.

- Parking: Street parking only. Please note that management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or penalties incurred while vehicles are on the premises.

- Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the house. Any violations will result in a $500 charge.


- Late check-out: A charge of $50 per hour will apply for any late check-outs that were not approved in advance.

- Damages: Any damages to the property will be charged to the guest.

- Pets: We do not allow pets at this property.


- Security: If we have to dispatch security for any reason to your rental, there will be a $200 charge that will be charged to the guest. If security is dispatched multiple times then this will be grounds to terminate your reservation along with an additional $100 per time security has to be dispatched after the initial $200 fee.

- Cleaning: Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (e.g. someone who cleans up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in the washer, leaves the place as they found it, etc.). This is NOT a hotel. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, we will charge an additional fee of $300, there will be a $20 fee for unclean dishes.

- Trash: Please place all trash in trash bags, seal them, and dispose them properly.

Once completed, you will also receive access to your personalized guest portal, which includes important home information, check-in details, local recommendations, and other helpful stay details.

Before Your Stay

For guest safety, property security, and legal compliance, all guests are required to complete an easy online check-in process before arrival. This may include:
* Signing the rental agreement
* Completing ID verification
* Confirming contact information

Please note that check-in instructions may be withheld until the verification process is successfully completed.

To comply with legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and complete our verification portal. The information collected is used for screening and verification purposes only and is not stored or used for any other purpose.

Rental Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing your reservation, you agree to the following:
* You agree to follow our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
* You acknowledge that a background check may be required if mandated by the property owner or management company, as stated in the rental agreement and booking conditions.
* You understand that check-in instructions may not be released until the verification process is completed.
