There was some garbage left on the shelves, needs two fold chairs of some sort for sitting by tv (couch fits 2). Neighbors smoking weed and cause our place to wreak. Lights went out and we contacted Jimmy and he was right there to help check the breaker that popped. Pretty sure the listing had parking listed not street parking.Still a great place to stay overall.

This is a great property. We had plenty of room to park off street. You are definitely close to everything. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The rental, property and neighborhood are clean and friendly. We loved the stay. Thank you.

This place was perfect for my needs, nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to my conference and plenty of restaurant options. And close to Mission Bay with all of its options. Nice to have laundry onsite too. Definitely would stay again

This place was chosen because it was close to my mom's care facility. It was pretty quiet for being so near to a university. We walked to Giovanni's for dinner and would have walked to Old Town if it hadn't been so humid. It IS very close to most of San Diego's major tourist attractions. The trolley/light rail station is close enough that a car is optional.Not a place to hang out at but a great alternative to a hotel or resort.

The Hideaway was perfect for what we needed and close to Sea World and Old Town. The house was clean and easy to access, super cute too! My toddler loved the slide in the backyard and the outside table was great for her messy eating. The only things we would change, if it was up to us would be to have a larger couch, it seats 2 and the bed is noisy when anyone moves an inch. We would definitely stay again when visiting SD!

Great Location

Everything was good. We had no need to speak with the owner, as there were no issues. The place was as shown in the description and was clean. The location was close to many things. Would stay again.

Nice place, excellent area!

Jimmy’s stay was perfect for my friend and I’s quick girls trip to SD! He was very communicative and even accommodated an early luggage drop off for us since our flight arrived in the morning.The property was conveniently located and a quick 10-20 min drive to most places around the city. As two girls traveling alone, we also felt very safe and comfortable.The space was more than enough for the two of us (we were mainly there to just sleep and get ready), though it might be a tighter squeeze for a family. We definitely appreciated the booklet of clear check in and check out instructions and recommendations around the area!A couple things that would have been nice were a coffee table in front of the couch and shelving in the shower so we didn’t have to leave our toiletries on the floor.Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend and stay again! Thank you!!

Perfect short term stay!

My partner and I were pleasantly surprised by the location, comfort, and ease of this stay. It was the perfect place for us to cook, get around San Diego, and rest. The property manager answered my questions quickly and was very helpful.

I purchased this property because I was familiar with the neighborhood and it's central location.

Since I've purchase the property I've added more units to the parcel so that I could live in one of the units and rent the other one out.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I would say the main benefit to this house is it's proximity to so many wonderful attractions San Diego has to provide. One could argue that it is located in the heart of San Diego.

Additionally, it's near the trolley line (5 minute walk) and the neighbors are super friendly.
